Leaf's reaction

Morning came to the village with multiple clouds still in the sky from the rain last night. Some people thought it was rather odd since there weren't any clouds in sight but didn't pay too much attention to it. Karin slowly started to wake up as she sat up on her bed stretching while she let out a yawn. She had a rather good night's sleep as she felt that she had plenty of energy to do more of Tsuande's training.

Karin: I better go make some breakfast.

She put her glasses on and started to do her morning routine. Despite what happened, she still wished Kehira was alive as she hated the feeling of being all alone. After leaving her room, she went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and do what she needed to do. As she did this, she had a rather bad feeling for some reason.

Karin: Why am I having this feeling?

A cold chill ran up her spine which didn't help her at all. She shook her head trying to get rid of the feeling. Trying to put that aside, she continued to do her morning routine like normal trying not to think of it. After she did that, she made her breakfast trying to eat it but could only eat a mall portion of it. Something was eating away at her as it started to grow more and more causing her to worry.

Karin: Just what is this feeling? I don't like it.

She put her food away after she put it into containers and placed them in the refrigerator. After this, she put her shoes on and opened the door ready to start her day. However, when she opened the door, her eyes widen in utter shock seeing a headband suck to the door with a kunai striking through the Leaf symbol.

Karin: W-What? This is...uncle Kehira's.

She couldn't even begin where to think why it was like this. Time seemed to freeze around her as her mind went utterly blank. Her world stayed like that for several minutes until someone snapped her out of it.

???: Hey Karin, is everything ok?

She looked over to see Sakura walking over to her.

Karin: S-Sakura. Said looking at her.

Sakura: Are you ok?

Karin didn't know what to say to her as her mind was still a mess. Sakura saw the headband stuck to the door as she was confused to see it.

Sakura: Why is there a headband on the door?

Karin: I don't know.

Karin pulled out the kunai and grabbed the headband. For some reason, the bad feeling she had didn't go away at all.

Sakura: Isn't that Kehira's headband?

Karin: Y-Yeah.

Sakura: Why was it stuck to the door?

Karin stayed quiet as she didn't know what to say or think. However, her eyes widen in utter shock as started to put things together, it slowly became clear to her which pointed to the only person she had left as a family. That person being Y/N L/N.

Karin: Sakura, where's Y/N?

Sakura: I don't know. Honestly, no one even knows where he is.

Hearing those words, the feeling she had only gotten worse. Not only this, a dreadful feeling swirled inside of her as she immediately had to find out where Y/N was. She ran past Sakura not caring that she had bumped into her.

Sakura: H-hey, Karin!

She didn't care what she did as she ran through the village. Sakura had no idea what was going on but something told her that it was about Y/N. Karin ran through the village desperately trying to sense where Y/N was but couldn't find him.
