I stare at the celling and thought, "from what I read before, chance to survive heart attack are approximately 90% to 97%. I guess, I am not that lucky person."

Y/N on her hospital bed while holding the ring that she wore as a necklace that Jeongwoo gave her. "Thank you PJW for all those happy moments. Sorry for the limited time. Just like I told you, I saw everything and I know what you both talk about. I hope you will find someone better. Someone who can take care of you better than me. Someone who love you more than I do. Thank you for making me a better person babe. Jeongwoo, I have always love you long time ago. Even before I transfer to your school I have fallen for you. When I found out that we are classmate and when you ask me out, you don't know how happy I am." Y/N said while remembering the past.

Y/N POV

(Flashback)

"A month before Y/N transfer to Treasure high school"

I arrived at T-high school around 10.00am just like what Kim Doyoung told me but Kim Doyoung that human is nowhere to be seen. I sent him multiple messages, from the moment I left home until I arrived but he hasn't read any of it. Now, I'm here standing in front of the administration block's door all alone with my black outfit with hood and mask on looking like a total robber.

KYN: I swear KIM DOYOUNG once I found you, you will be a dead meat.

I was hesitating to enter the door because I have no idea where is the registration room. Luckily, right at that moment I saw a tall guy in school uniform passed by me. I braced myself to ask him where the registration room is. Once I approached him, I tapped his shoulder and he turned around. For a good few seconds we stare at each other. He has such a beautiful eyes, I thought for a while and I look at his name tag, Park Jeongwoo.

PJW: Why? Do you need any help?

I look at him in amazed, he has such a nice voice too and went back to reality.

KYN : Sorry to disturb you but, may I know where is the registration room?

PJW: It's okay. Once you enter, went straight to the third door on the right side. You can see there is a sign on the door said registration room.

KYN: Okay, thank you so much.

He smiled and left. I can't help but to stare his back as he went away. Is this what people call love at first sight? Park Jeongwoo, I think I fell for you. Right before I open the door, I heard someone says my name while running. I turned around and saw Kim Doyoung went to me.

KDY: Y/N, I'm sorry. My teacher won't let us out early.

He said while panting

KDY: Wh... wh... why are you smiling like that? You won't kill me right? I will buy you ice cream after school. Please don't kill me. I need to graduate Kim Y/N.

I just ignore him and went inside while smiling like an idiot or more like a psycho.

(Present)

"Park Jeongwoo I love you and goodbye." A drop of tears flow out of her eyes and few seconds later, the room filled with beep sound.

Jeongwoo POV

We arrived at the hospital and I follow Doyoung. I heard beeping sound echoed the whole room. I saw doctor and nurses rush into this one room. Suddenly, Doyoung also rush over that room and I follow him. "I don't feel good about this." I thought.

Once I reach that room, I saw Y/N lying on the bed looking lifeless. The doctor tried to save her but her heart rate keeps on dropping. I can't help but to let the tears escape my eyes. Seeing the love of my life lying lifeless because of me. Moments later the beeping sound stop and the room become silence.

Dr. Kim: Kim Y/N. Monday. 14th June 2021. 6.47pm.

He went quite for a moment and continues talking.

Dr. Kim:  I pronounce her dead.

Dr. Kim: Mr. and Mrs. Kim, I apologize because I couldn't save her. And I am sorry for you lost.

The room is now filled with sobbing and crying sound. I can't stand the sight of this, so I decided to run away.
