I was in my room, home alone, on a Friday night.

My parents were out for a date at a restaurant, so I could basically do whatever I wanted. But instead, I went to take the piece of paper that Tsukishima gave me and layed down on my bed. I took my phone and went to create a new contact.

"Tsukishima"

The way I named it felt boring and dry.
I went ahead and sent a message :

The next day

It was 2:30, and I had just finished taking a shower. I had about 30 minutes to get ready, jeez.

I started with my hair. I brushed it carefully and quickly. Then came the hardest part : choosing an outfit. I didn't want to by a try hard, but I didn't want to look like I didn't care. I simply went with a matching set of a "bordeaux" colored top and skirt with white tights and headband. I grabbed my phone to check the weather and it announced no rain today, so I didn't bother taking a jacket. It was 3:06 when I heard someone knocking on the front door, while I was in the living room. When I opened it, a simply-dressed awkward Tsukishima was standing in front of me. He had a bouquet of my favorite flowers and handed them to me.

"Hi. Those are for you" he said, looking away.

"Thank you so much ! You didn't have to" I replied, closing the door behind me.

He started walking, so I quickly followed.

"Where are we going ?"

"It's a surprise." his face turned pink.

When we finally stopped, we were standing in front of a garden. It was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen ! There also was a table, filled with delicious meals and desserts. That made me hungry.

"Wanna eat ?" he asked me

"Yeah, definitely !"

After we ate, talked, and walked around the garden for a while, it was about 6:45. He told me we had somewhere else to go, so I followed the lead.

We arrived at the beach. But not the beach I usually go to. It was completely different. It was a sort of alley, with a bunch of roses on the sides. A few couples were walking, and so did Tsukishima and I.

I looked at him, and he was starting to become nervous. He tried to hide his rosy cheeks behind his jacket. We walked down the beach until we were far from the other people. It was almost night, and we looked at the sunset.

"It's so beautiful to watch the sunset here, thank you Tsukishima!" I said, amazed by the view

"No problem. I'm happy that you like it" he replied

I feel a light touch on my fingers, then Tsukishima softly took my hand. My heart started to beat faster and faster. I knew I was blushing right now, but I was mentally denying it. It started to get dark.

"Y/N ?" Tsukishima turned to me, so I did the same.

"Mhm ?"

He got really nervous. The red on his cheeks started to spread on his whole face. The hand he used to hold mine started to shake a little.

"I wanted to tell you something..for a while now" he looked away, and said it in a soft-mean way, like he always do actually.

"Go ahead" I look into his eyes. They were so bright.

"I-..I like you !" He looked at me

I looked back at him, shocked. He liked me ? Like for real ? My heart started racing. I accepted the fact that I was as red as a tomato at the moment. There was a little silence. I feel the same ! I like him too, I love him.

"It's okay if you don't feel the same you know, I just really wanted to tell you" he said calmly, like all the stress he stored was gone.

"Kei.." His eyes started to sparkle as I said his name "I love you too" I finally said, smiling.

"Of course you do" he said teasingly

I giggled. I felt happy, and felt happy having him as my boyfriend.

He slowly put his hand on the side of my face, and kissed me. He kissed me. I shoot my eyes open of surprise. His lips were soft.

He stopped and looked at me. He put his arm around while we watched the sky get dark. 30 minutes later, he dropped me off at my house and gave me a peck on the lips before leaving. I went back to my room and laid down on my bed. I took my phone out and went to my contacts
I changed Tsukishima's name contact.

"K <3"

I wanted to be original, I named him like that cuz his name sounds like the letter K yk ?
