"Ok Akaashi, you can do this. Your gonna do it, be confident in yourself. Get yourself pumped." I was looking in the mirror in my bathroom.

*Intense screaming*

"Akaashi-?! Are you ok-? Why the hell are you screaming-?!" My mom came in, why did I scream-? Honestly not even I know.

"Ah, sorry ma- I got ahead of myself."

"...O-k 🤨" she finally walked away, she looked concerned, don't say I don't know why though.

'That was embarrassing. If I told her 'Oh I'm just tryna hype myself up so I can go tell this guy I like him!' then I swear it would either go two ways, 1 "ew, your attracted to guys?! Wtf I have raised you in a very Christian house-hold how TF did you end up like this." Or 2 "Then why the fuck are you taking it so seriously- and just please stop screaming for the life of me." And I don't wanna deal with either.

I ate my breakfast and got ready for school, I'm pretty sure Ma was trying to tell me something, but I was to busy thinking about how I was going to tell Bokuto I liked him. Oh well, probably wasn't important whatever she was gonna say.

I still take the bus, and that's a good thing, because nobody bothers me on the bus and I can do whatever without getting interrupted, although it is kinda loud.

'Ok, so how am I gonna tell Bo I like him-? Why am I having to think about this, why can't I just tell him like a normal person would-'

"AKAASHI" someone random screamed my name.

'of course, as soon as I go to thinking about something important I get called on by some random person.'

"What're ya doin'? I mean it looks like your thinking so what're you thinking about?"

Oh, it was just Kenma, a nice friend of mine. we just talk on the bus, plus I'm pretty sure they are a grade below me, we are still the same age though.

"Oh uh- nothing important." Didn't I just say it was important??

"Ok for reals, what are you thinking, you can tell me anything bro." I don't like being called "Bro" or anything like that, but it's fine when they call me it.

"Ugh. Ok I'm thinking on how I'm gonna ask someone out." I'm not gonna specifically say what gender, that's for them to figure out.

"Oooh, ok what lucky girl are you tryna ask out-?"

"Hah, it's a guy." Yea nevermind I told them.

"Oh- nice. So what lucky man are you tryna ask out?"

"Bokuto."

"Who tf is that-" I forgot Kenma didn't know Bokuto. You'd think Kuroo would've told Kenma everything about Bokuto but I guess not.

"Oh, a childhood friend of mine."

"I'm surprised you actually like someone for once, I thought you'd never like anyone." I didn't know how to feel about that sentence they just said.

"Well dang ok-"

"So how are you and Kuroo doing?"

"He broke my switch."

"Oh god- is he ok?" If anything, never touch Kenma's Nintendo switch, just even looking at it could get your head cutt off, and breaking it? God I almost feel bad for Kuroo, I wouldn't be surprised if I heard about a funeral for him 2 weeks later. No wait, Kenma wouldn't plan a funeral for him, they'd just throw Kuroo in the Ocean or something like that.
