ANIYAH
I woke up early in the morning but by this time almost everybody at home had already started with their daily businesses. I took about 10-15minutes to just get myself, I turned on my phone to see several messages from Bree. I'm definitely not opening that till I'm sane enough to answer her texts. I opened our girl's group chat instead, we're actually meant to hangout today so Chavi is coming to pick me up. Chavi is an IG influencer/model always trying to keep up with the latest trends (you know how influencers are), she recently did this skunk whatever dye on her hair and wants to show it off(I personally do not get the point of that hair do or whatever).
I got up from bed and lazily walked downstairs towards the kitchen to get something into my system for the day. On my way down, I caught sight of one of my Dad's friends sitting at the living room most likely waiting for my Dad, I tried to get past him to the kitchen without him noticing
"Good Morning Aniyah" He greeted, keyword TRIED
"Good Morning Mr Cal" I called his first name intentionally, I really didn't like this guy especially now
"I'm sure your night went well" he said looking me over, I simply waved my hand and scurried over to the kitchen
I searched for my green tea and made myself a cup. Now, I could look at Bree's texts
"So you know how I said I would find us a game "
"Found one!"
"Did I say one?, more like three"
"They're all basketball though"
"Giving Hunk vibes"
"Why aren't you answering me!"
"You can't run away from this"
"You're one of my good friends and right now you need me"
"So there's a game tomorrow, Wednesday and Saturday"
"If possible we'd go for all"
"I'd look for more spontaneous places too"
"If you don't answer by tomorrow, I'd come to your place and make you go for all events!"
"And yes it's a threat!"

Gosh, I don't know where this girl gets her amount of energy from but she needs to hotspot me. I guess I should give this a try, it might help especially as Bree is being so cute and helpful with the block situation which is totally normal for every writer or artist.
"I won't be free today cause I'm going out with my girls" I replied her texts
"But we could give Wednesday a try, Let's see how it goes" I said
I saw her typing immediately after I sent the text, "That's great, I'll send you the details for the game. Greet your girls for me" She typed back.
They'd sure be happy to hear from Bree, it's hard not to love the girl.
My phone suddenly pinged in an annoying tone signaling me that I have a text from the girls group chat.
"Ann, I'll be there in an hour. Get ready", Chavi texted. More like in two hours but I didn't actually text that
"That's fine" I texted instead

I grabbed a sliced tomato and went up to my bedroom to get ready. I'm not really much of a skincare person but I take my skin business seriously, that doesn't really make sense at the same time it makes a lot of sense. I started off by rinsing my face and applying/rubbing the tomato onto my face which I let stay there for a while before rinsing it off and heading to the shower to do a proper bath. I liked to look good but I wasn't one to really dress up too much, I'll just keep what I'm wearing today simple.
After applying my lotion and baby oil, I wore my simple ripped boyfriend jeans. I wanted to wear a brown off shoulder bodysuit but opted for a cropped brown jacket instead and topped it with my brown midi purse that had diamonds in between the lines  forming like several diamonds shapes giving it its unique style or design and a brown sandal heel with a flat rectangular head. I accessorized my look with gold acrylic rings, brown costume earrings and a gold necklace. Never forget to apply the lipgloss! And I'm ready to go!

11:30am and Chavi still wasn't around, I should have had my bath a bit later. I grabbed my purse and went downstairs to wait for her, after like twenty more minutes she finally blessed me with her presence. I really don't like waiting.
She came inside sat down on the chair as if it was her house and she wasn't late for anything, looked around like there was something missing and asked a very dumb question, "Where is Princess?", I just kept looking at her and eyeing her. Then I hissed and said
"Let's start going, see the way she's even sitting down like she didn't commit anything"
"Ann, don't tell me you're angry again about me coming late" I kept staring at her waiting for her flimsy excuse
"I promise it was actually important" I still kept waiting while staring her dead in the eyes
"Kiki hadn't eaten yet and she was making a fuss" Did I just hear her properly
"I can't believe I actually waited to hear this. Your dog has servants for that Chavi" I said while walking towards the car
"Don't call her that, she's a puppy and she has a name" I climbed into the car while she complained
"Okay..." I gave a short reply
"Fine, I'm sorry" she finally apologized
"That being said you owe me food" I finalized the subject
"But..."
"No Buts" I said quickly
