Chapter 1 -The birthday

I woke up today feeling excited. Today was my twentieth birthday. My brother jimmy bursted into my room with a present.

"Happy birthday! You're finally twenty."Jimmy said excited with a smile. It looked like he was about to cry.

"Thanks, I feel old and young at the same time." I said with a smile.

He handed me the present. As I opened it I saw a note. I saw him give a me a look to open it. As I read the note a hugged him tightly. Tears came out of my eyes. He got me into the dream smp. It had been my dream to join the server.

"Thank you." I told him passionately with a smile on my face.

"You're welcome (Y/n). Oh and by the way I have another surprise for you!" Jimmy said, "Get ready quickly though."

With that being said he left my room. I started to think what he was talking about while getting ready. I got into his car and he drove us all around town. Until he stopped at a certain location.

"Alright we're here (Y/n)" He blurted out as he was getting out of his car.

We walked into a tall building. We went through many doors. It turned out to be a stadium. In the middle there was massive presents. Some where shaped different then others. As we walked further a saw Chris, chandler and Karl. I stared at Karl as he smiled at me. I have had a crush on Karl for as long I could remembered.

"Happy birthday (Y/n)!" Karl said as he came closer to me. He pulled me into a tight hug.

"Thank you Karl." I giggled a little bit while saying it.

Chris and chandler also gave me a hug after Karl did. Though, I noticed that jimmy and Karl went to talk in private. I also noticed that Chris and chandler were trying to keep me busy and away from them.

"Hey, what are they talking about?" I asked with confusion.

"I don't know" chandler said sounding a bit nervous.

"Karl has been acting inpatient all day. We don't know why though" Chris told me.

Chris and chandler both looked at each other, as if they needed to tell me something. I was just staring at Karl and jimmy the whole time. Sooner or later they came back.

"(Y/n), can you come with me for a second?" Karl asked me. He looked nervous. He held out his hand for me to grab.

I grabbed his hand. He took me upstairs to the seats. He signaled me to sit down. We sat in silence. I stared into his beautiful grey and greenish eyes. I saw nothing but joy in them. He stared back into my eyes. Although I can tell he needed to tell me something but I don't know what it was.
