It was a normal day. Tails was in his workshop inventing, and finish what he was working on. It was a shrink ray. "And I'm done! Now to test this out!" He said, before aiming it at a plant.
But it missed and hit a mirror. "Uh-oh!" Tails exclaimed. He tried to run, but it was too late. The ray's laser had already hit him.
Tails fell to the floor in pain. He then felt a tingling sensation inside his body and passed out. By the time Tails woke up, he was only about an inch tall.
"Oh no! I shrunk! I have to find Sonic and the others." He said. He looked around. "Hopefully I can make it before anything tries to eat or hurt me. This is gonna be a long day."
