scarlet parker. i wasn't too fond of the way it sounded. why couldn'tve my parents named me something pretty or original. i get stuck with scarlet. like were there no other colors left on the color wheel? ugh. four stupid syllables, first and last name. so bland and boring too. but my name was the least of my problems.
my life wasn't exactly "ideal" as some may say. it had its ups and downs, mostly downs. that's not the point though. everyone had family issues. I was just another statistic when it came to that. but, on a positive note, I had the best friends a girl could ask for. riley kay and chase taylor; my best friends and cutest couple of all time!! I could never ask for anyone better than them.
I've been friends with riley and chase since we were all three years old. now, we're seniors in highschool and were closer than ever. they're basically the only good thing in life for me, besides my mom and brother. my mom has tried so hard to keep me happy ever since I was born. sometimes, I don't recognize it, but her efforts are more than anything I've seen. she's my life. her and my brother, alex, are the only ones who cares about me. my dad is a different story.
