Third person POV

"But who would want to kill a cutie like yourself" Hawks grinned at Suki looking over her still and relaxed body "Lot's of people. My rival companies, workers who think I don't pay them enough, a few heroes wanna kill me because I'm sharing what I truly think about most heroes" Suki shrugged ignoring the flirting Hawks was sending in her direction, she showed no interest for him.
Suddenly the door swings open and in comes Endeavor with an annoyed face "Suki Rikidou. Long time no see" He completely ignored the presence of Hawks and stood tall in front of Suki's hospital bed "You've certainly made a name for yourself on the news" Endeavor grins at his old friend "Nice to see you to E-" Suki pausing remembering Hawks was in the room "Endeavor" Hawks stood from his seat a frown plastered on his face.
"Ah, Hawks, what brings you here?" Suki sighs sitting up a bit ignoring the pain of her wounds and the protests of the two top ten heroes in the room "Questioning. Were figuring out who set the place on fire, and who poisoned Mrs. Rikidou here" Hawks seemed jealous and clenched his fists "What brings you here" Hawks shot the question back at Endeavor just as Suki interjects "The hell is taking him so long, I have a nephew to get home to" Hawks and Endeavor held out their hands stopping Suki from standing from the bed "Lay back down kid, your still pretty badly injured" Endeavor grins.
"First off Hawks, I've dealt with worse, and second I'm not a kid you can just order around." Suki hissed glaring at Hawks then to Endeavor hearing his chuckling "Same goes to you Endeavor" Enji clears his throat and lowers his hands allowing Suki access to stand, but she nearly falls due to her weak knees and current injuries, Hawks was closest and grabs her before she could face plant the floor.
"You sure you don't wanna sit back down?" Hawks grins at Suki who shoves his hand away and starts walking towards the exit, she trips over her feet, the poison still circulating her body a bit, she catches herself though. "Sorry that took so long-" The doctor opens the door but stops short of seeing both Hawks and Endeavor in the same room as Suki
"I have the release papers for Hawks" The hero walks over with a grin at Endeavor and signs them using his signature before looking back at Suki and Endeavor, who both held the same frown. Suki was obviously younger than Endeavor but they met around the time Endeavor was a third year in UA and Suki was in the middle of elementary school, their parents were both heroes and they became friends over seeing each other often.
But after Enji became a hero they stopped speaking to each other. And after a while, Enji was number one, and Suki was a rich business woman.
"Ready babybird?" Hawks winked at Suki who groaned in annoyance and looked back at Endeavor with a sarcastic 'save me' face "Well as long as you promise to take it easy and get lots of rest then I'm sure it's okay you can leave" Suki looks back at the doctor who's name tag read 'Dr, Steven' "I promise" Suki smiled politely.
And just like that the two were outside the building one in their hero costume and one in their regular clothing a pair of work jeans, a white button up shirt and a suitable leather jacket that just screamed business.
"Where to princess?" Hawks grinned looking at Suki, who fidgeted with her clothing in discomfort "I'm taking a cab home. Eric must be scared out of his mind" Suki took no interest in the stupid nicknames he gave her or the frown on his face. It was obvious she was getting on his nerves rather easily
"Tell me where you live and I can fly us there, it'll be quicker" Hawks insisted taking hold of her hand and pulling her into his arms as he slid a visor onto Suki's eyes and his then took off into the sky Suki scoffs knowing he wasn't going to give up.
After telling him, the two set off in the direction of Suki's pent house, they land just in front of the gate
"Quirks have no effect beyond this point, which means, your feathers will just be feathers if you send them flying" Suki explained typing in her passcode and the gates role back into the walls allowing access to her home.
Finally inside, Suki slides her heals off and limps up the stairs straight towards her nephews bed room, she knocks on the door as it flies open with extreme quirk like speed.
"Aunt Suki!" Eric latched onto his aunt knocking her back against the wall with a wince and an 'oof' he cries into her chest cheeks red from crying and eyes swollen with tears
"It's okay Eric, see I'm okay. But be careful, I'm still healing" Suki smiled softly at her nephew patting his head with empathy on how much she worried him.
"Eric, we have a guest, he'll be staying here until I'm fully healed okay?" Suki turned her head towards Hawks with a loving smile for her nephew who stared up at Hawks in awe; Eric was a huge fan of Hawks and knew almost everything about him. Key word; almost. "Hawks!" Eric didn't seem sad anymore and instead started jumping around his favorite hero in excitement before pausing in his tracks and turned to his aunt
"Does this mean, you and Hawks are dating now?" This caught both Hawks and Suki off guard. Hawks stares at a dumbfounded Suki who held no embarrassment. "No honey, Hawks and I aren't dating. He's just making sure I don't hurt myself doing something stupid" Suki kneels to her nephews height with a smile as he clings onto her arm and shirt in comfort of her warmth "I'm hungry" Eric mutters quietly to his aunt.
Suki smiles and looks over at Hawks who was awkwardly standing in the hallway "You hungry?" She asked kindly catching the attention of Hawks "Yeah a bit" Hawks mumbled watching Suki grunt as she stood "What do you two feel like eating" Suki asked walking past Hawks and into the kitchen with Eric trailing behind all while pulling onto the sleeve of Hawks dragging him along.
"I want what Hawks wants!" Eric announced with a large smile, Suki smiles at Eric then brings her attention to the man she had been ignoring the entire time she had gotten home
"Uh-" Hawks stuttered trying to think of something, Suki grins at his stuttering "Well hero? What's it going to be?" Suki held no hate for him in her voice, though he was mostly reading her face he couldn't find any hate for him. "Well with me being a hero and all I never usually get a homemade meal, I usually just eat KFC" Hawks admitted picking up Eric who continuously tugged on his jacket sleeve.
Suki didn't seem surprised but understood where he was coming from and turned towards a line of books by the stove and grabbed out a big cook book, then flipped through the pages stopping short of a recipe then turns and shows the page to Hawks "How's this? My mom used to make this when I was younger. Her secret recipe not even my dad new about it" Suki smiled as Hawks looked over the name of the food then down at the picture of steak, rice, and peas all together in one single dish. He nods as Suki stares him down with a blank expression
"You can take off your jacket Hawks, it's not like the windows are going to break if you do" Suki said sarcastically bringing her attention back to the dinner she was going to make. Hawks nods and sets Eric on the ground then slides off his jacket feeling relieved to take it off and hung it onto the jacket rack just as Eric pulls at Hawks' wings making Hawks wince a little, Suki heard and turns around seeing Eric with one of his feathers
"Eric, be careful Hawks' wings are sensitive and hurt every time you pull on them." Suki said sternly making Eric look at the ground in shame; Hawks grins "It's fine, I've had younger pull onto my wings worse than Eric has" Suki narrowed her eyes but turns back to the stove and resumes her cooking. Eric grabs onto Hawks arm and drags him towards the back out of earshot of Suki "Hawks, I have a question for you" Eric looked serious as he turned to face Hawks only causing him to be cuter than when he first met Eric
