Chapter 5: Villain Attack

Bakugou Katsuki, L/n learned, was a lying merciless bully who told his victims to go kill themselves. Just at the thought of it made L/n Y/n's blood boil, steam poured out of her ears.

Had he kept the fact that he'd been bullying a childhood friend of theirs since young a secret from her? Yes. Had he been lying straight to her face for as many years as they've known each other? Yes.

If he hadn't forgotten to threaten Fumiyo and Yuuki so that they don't tell her about the bullying, she would've never found out about it, rendering the fact that Midoriya Izuku - one of her childhood friends - would never tell her about it.

The cafe's door closed with a slam as L/n exited. She pulled our her phone and angrily punched in Bakugou's phone number, muttering curses under her breath as she started for the arcade.

She heard Yuuki calling out for her name behind her, her tone was panicked, but she ignored her. Those girls had disclosed enough information for her to know that Bakugou owed her an explanation and Midoriya an apology.

She turned a corner, ending up in a quiet alleyway. Yuuki's calls for her grew distant, until it slowly went away.

She leaned against the bulding in the alleyway, her phone held up to her ear. She paced around as she waited for Bakugou to answer the call. L/n clicked her tongue impatiently -

It went to voicemail.

Mumbling a short 'damn', L/n decided to leave a curt voicemail for the spiky blonde. [Katsuki, we need to talk. It's urgent. Call me back.]

After knowing Bakugou for so many years, she knew that he'd sense something was wrong. Well, he better. Because this was serious.

Then, turning on her heel sharply, she hurried over to the arcade, where she thought she would either meet him there halfway or at the destination, along with Matu and Patlu.

However, after a few minutes, L/n found herself plunged in confusion - as he wasn't at the arcade and neither were the other two boys. L/n rubbed the back of her neck and groaned.

She pulled her phone out again and dialed his number, this time, hoping he would answer, raised her phone up to her ear and there it went - straight to voicemail again.

[Katsuki, where are you? You're not in front of the cafe or at the arcade. I told you, this is serious. We really need to talk.]
