Summary: You and JJ hook up at a frat party.
~
It wasn't that you weren't in a partying mood, it was that you just didn't feel like dressing up. You'd had a long week of classes, and a suuuuuper fun test that you barely scraped by with a C on, so you were much more interested in the idea of a well deserved drink than the idea of looking good while enjoying said drink(s).
Unfortunately for you, you'd neglected to do laundry during the week, so it was slim pickens when it came to getting dressed. You found your long forgotten TikTok leggings in the back of your closet and decided those would have to do, so you threw those on with a cropped hoodie and called it a night.
The boys had some kind of emergency chapter meeting that evening, and since JJ was the unofficial social chair for the frat, you had to walk alone to the house for the party that was scheduled to start right after. Not a big deal, but it was a little lonely. You were a strong, independent woman, though, so you walked with confidence up to the house and let yourself in without knocking. The house was already getting busy, and quite a few people were already there, but you knew it would eventually end up practically shoulder to shoulder before you even blinked.
You're waving and saying hello to different people as you make your way to the kitchen to grab a drink. Your confidence in your dressed down outfit grows as you greet more people; while a few of your friends were in attire that led you to believe that they were going out to the bars later, there were just as many girls that took the same route as you. Hell, one of your friends was in sweatpants and a holey T-shirt with her unwashed hair tied up in a messy bun.
You're minding your own business, getting a beer from the keg and chitchatting with your sorority's secretary, when JJ comes up from the basement and spots you. He takes one look at you leaning against the kitchen counter, then has to do a double take. The leggings.
Months and months ago when those stupid leggings were popping up in what felt like every other TikTok on your FYP, he had made fun of you for being suckered into buying them. He was convinced they wouldn't work like they claimed to, and he had laughed in your face when they arrived at your apartment after your ordered them. Since it was late spring by the time you had finally caved and bought them (and they arrived on an unseasonably warm day when you had already dressed yourself in shorts), you just threw them in your closet and forgot about them. Now that it was actually cool enough outside to wear them, you had them on for the first time. And JJ was not disappointed.
He didn't consider himself an ass man (he thought you were a total smokeshow and picking just one part of you to be his favorite felt like a crime against humanity) he was definitely second guessing himself on how much he had teased you for the impulse buy. You were wearing the hell out of those leggings, and he wanted to make sure he told you how perfect your ass looked in them before he got too drunk and couldn't think of anything clever to say.
A pair of hands grab your waist from behind, and warm breath tickles your neck as a familiar voice whispers in your ear, "Chris Evans is an ass man, and these leggings got me thinkin' I am, too."
You snort back a laugh, turning around to face your goofy boyfriend. "You think I could pull Chris Evans?" you ask, raising your eyebrows in amusement.
JJ grins, pulling you into his chest. "Definitely, but you'll have to make do with me."
"Sounds perfect," you reply, pushing up on your toes to plant a kiss on his lips. "I came prepared to be made fun of. Go ahead and get it out of your system now."
His hands slide down your hips and come around to cup your ass. "No way, baby, I take back all of the shit I talked when you bought these."
"Oh?"
