The bar

Trickling rain runs down the glass window at a local bar in town. Barley anyone in view. The bar was mostly empty, except for the local drunk that wasted away in that place. Though that is to be expected on a work day combined with bad weather. Yet one gentleman decided to also visit the bar. Not seemingly expecting any company, for he seemed distracted. A few papers piled on the table he sat at. Yet no work being done. One drink that he ordered a while ago only half indulged. A bit of a dazed look on his face. The man was pale, about average height. Long straight jet black hair that reached a bit passed his chin and eyes that were a dark brown color. Soft facial features that were all tied together with the rectangular frames on his face. The man wasn't well known by the locals. All they knew was that he worked for a TV network. He was reserved and not really social. He was a bit cold but not unreasonable. No one really had an opinion on him. He just kind of existed throughout town. The man knew all this and yet, he didn't feel the need for friends or someone to talk to and understand. He thought about a lot of things, usually focused and completely dedicated to his work, so he had no time for such things, and yet his mind couldn't stop thinking about what he had done. Something he would have never considered. Having met with a stranger not long ago. He couldn't get him out of his head. What they had done together. How he felt. What he said. This was all new to him and he couldn't wrap his head around it. Just thinking about it made his pale face not so pale anymore. The blood rushing from embarrassment tinted his cheeks red and made his mind fog up. Unable to concentrate on anything. Blocking out everything around him. That is, until the bell on the door rang which alarmed him that someone was entering the bar. Out of curiosity, he looked up and froze. He couldn't believe it. It was him. The man that he was with that night. The man that... Shared a close intimacy with him that he hadn't shared with anyone in a long time. They locked eyes and the man immediately looked down. He didn't know what to do. He didn't know how to act. Not even a thought came of what to say. While he was worrying about all of this, a sudden tap on his table brought him back to reality. He looked up and there he was. The man that everyone knew. That man that courted almost anyone he wanted. A laid back man that just flew through life with seemingly no struggle. He was tall,, with dark short curly hair, light facial hair that covered his chin and mouth yet not enough to be considered a beard and not overbearing. He had a thick build and the hands of a working man. This was the man,, he couldn't stop thinking about. He always heard so much about him yet didn't know him at all. And now, he was right in front of him. "Surprising finding you here in a bar like this, you didn't seem like the type of person to bother with these kinda places," the guy said. He talked so casually to him. Yet the other couldn't figure out what to say.  The other guy sensed his shock and sat down across from him. "Well, I know we're doing things kinda backwards, but I never got your name. Mind if you tell me",The man said calmly. This caused the other man to gain bit more clarity of the situation. Finally, gaining his composure a bit,, he said," Christian, that is my name."
The other man smiled and said," I'm Axel, it's finally nice to have a name to match your face." He chuckled a bit. Christian looked up at him and just thought of one thing. 'Axel'. That was his name. It was him. The man he had a one night stand with.
