She took a deep breath as she looked in the mirror,
Horrified by the reflection that did not appear.
Her mind travelled back to the time and place,
She'll never forget the look on her face.
Surrounding her was a pool of red,
She let those monsters inside of her head.
They controlled her mind and told her what to do,
They said she was worthless but she knew it was true.
She took one last look at the blood spilling from her arm,
She was caught up in the evil we know as self harm.
The flashbacks faded and she remembered them most,
From the time before she turned herself into a ghost.
