Quirk description: If the character uses his quirk at anything above 20% he will gain extreme stress in his internal system. The quirk allows him to make one weapon out of hell fire and use hell fire as much as he wants, the rest of his quirk abilities are mine to know and you to Midoriya over for the rest of the story.
Clothing: always tries to wear black. In the beginning of the story a black cloak and once in U.A. he wears a black mask much like octo guy ( forgot his name).
Love interest: vote for whoever female you want.
Looks: Has black hair pure white skin and black horns sticking up from the front of his head his eye color is red with black being the color of his sclera and snake like slits as his pupils.
