I knocked on the bathroom door hoping that this time I would get an answer from Simone. She was still upset and I understood that.
I gave her space to calm down but now we needed to talk.
I knew I was in the wrong for not telling her but I just needed her to let me talk so I could explain that to her.
"You alright? You ready to talk to me now?" I leaned against the door waiting for her response.
The lock turned and I leaned up off the door. The door opened and I walked inside the bathroom. I took a seat on the bench next to Simone.
"I'm sorry for not telling you about the deal your parents tried to make. You should've been the first to know about the whole situation after I got out and not anyone else. So I'm sorry for that."
"Keeping stuff from me isn't making any situation better." She sniffled.
"I get it Simone and it's my fault for keeping it from you that your parents bailed me out."
I felt bad.
She told me she had a rocky relationship with her family and I should've noted that when they bailed me out.
"Then on top of that, it pisses me off when a bitch that you used to fuck with knows more about what's going on with you than me." She expressed, dry tear streams on her face.
My eyebrows furrowed, confused about who she was referring to. "Who?"
"Sarah."
I sighed heavily and shook my head. "I'm not worried about that woman nor am I talking to her, Simone. Was she the one who told you?"
Her silence gave me the answer.
"She's just trying to get into your head. Don't pay her any attention."
"Okay, but she was right though." She rolled her eyes.
"That's not the point I'm making Simone. It's always going to be a girl in the clubhouse that might be jealous. They'll say petty shit just to get you upset."
"Well, there wouldn't be petty shit to be said if you kept your dick in your pants. This wouldn't of been happening." She scoffed.
I shook my head. At this point, I could tell that she was being stubborn and petty for no reason.
I figured that I'd just give her some space then come back later on. I stood up from the bench and leaned down to kiss her lips but she had moved her head.
"Simone." I looked down at her sternly.
"What?" She looked up at me.
I let out a light chuckle and shook my head before grabbing her chin and kissing her. I knew the attitude was going to fade soon and that she just wanted her space right now.
