GURUKUL
Arjun emerged from the dense forest, a satchel of freshly collected herbs slung over his shoulder. As he approached the clearing, he noticed a small group of girls standing beside Dronacharya. Among them, he spotted Subhadra, her dark eyes sparkling as she stood between Vrinda and Dushala. As soon as she saw Arjun, Subhadra's face lit up with a radiant smile. Arjun, caught off guard by her beauty and warmth, felt his heart skip a beat. He smiled back, a gentle yet confident expression, and made his way to stand beside his brothers.
Dronacharya's voice boomed across the courtyard, commanding everyone's attention. "These are the students of Kanyakul. You all greet each other; classes will start shortly."
The students bowed and greeted each other politely. Dronacharya and Guruma, satisfied with the formalities, turned to leave, leaving the students to chat among themselves.
As the teachers departed, the students began chatting amongst themselves, the air filled with excitement and curiosity. Arjun exchanged pleasantries with his brothers and the new students, his eyes occasionally drifting back to Subhadra.
Meanwhile, Duryodhan noticed Subhadra standing near Dushala. With a determined look, he began making his way towards her. However, just as he was about to reach her, Subhadra spotted Prince Shaurya standing beside the Pandavas. Her face lit up with joy, and without a second thought, she ran towards him.
"Bhrata Shaurya!" she called out excitedly.
Before Shaurya could react, Subhadra leaped into his arms, causing both of them to lose their balance and tumble to the ground. Laughter erupted from everyone around, including the two on the ground. Shaurya and Subhadra got up, brushing off the dust, their faces beaming with delight.
"Subhadra, meet my friends, Pandavas," Shaurya introduced with a grin.
Subhadra greeted the Pandavas with a warm smile. "Pranipat"
The Pandavas greeted her back. Yudhishthir spoke up with a friendly tone, "So, you are Subhadra. Your brother speaks a lot about you."
Subhadra's eyes twinkled with mischief. "He told me about you all in his letters as well," she said, then pointed teasingly towards Vrinda. "Did he only talk about me not about her?"
Bheem, curious, asked, "Who is she?"
Subhadra laughed and introduced her friend. "This is Vrinda, my dear friend and Bhrata's someone special."
Vrinda playfully hit Subhadra on the arm and then greeted everyone. "Pranam, it's a pleasure to meet you all."
Nakul, known for his wit, couldn't resist. "I've heard about your pranks, Subhadra."
Subhadra raised an eyebrow, a playful challenge in her gaze. "Well, now you have a competitor Bhrata. "
Nakul laughed and replied, "I'd rather have you as my partner in crime than a competitor."
Subhadra smiled brightly. "As you wish Bhrata."
While Subhadra and Vrinda engaged in lively conversation with the Pandavas, Arjun found himself unable to look away from Subhadra. Her laughter, her animated gestures, and the warmth in her eyes captivated him completely. He stood there, mesmerized, a soft smile playing on his lips as he watched her.
Dushala, observing the scene from a little distance, noticed the intensity of Arjun's gaze. Curious and amused, she decided to approach the group. As she walked over, she couldn't help but smile at the obvious admiration in Arjun's eyes.
