I felt like I was suffocating as we were bombarded with more questions, which soon turned into childish riddles. Riddles I could easily answer since some are from the internet. This is ridiculously childish.. I really don't care if I don't win anymore. Literally.. now I'm convinced this event is rigged

"Wow, folks... this is unexpected. Team Teal trailed Team Vogue by only one point. It appears like we may all go home now," Paul laughed, as did the rest of the audience.

As soon Paul was about to congratulate Samanthas victory, someone threw a body just behind the curtains.

Everyone was taken aback, and the cameras and spotlight quickly shifted to the body.

"What the??" I said. I turned to Samantha and her teacher with a shocked expression on their faces, as if they'd seen a ghost.

Just then, Luffy and Nami came out behind the curtains.

"Sup," Luffy shouts as he leaps over the guy.

"Nami? Luffy? What are u doing.." I asked

"Um.. the backstage is exclusively for participants.. you're both trespassing," Paul says.

"Ah.. Sorry," Luffy responds.

"Y/n, Hancock advised us to keep an eye out for anything strange, and we uncovered some interesting stuff," Nami asserts.

Then Zoro stepped out of the frame and shoved another guy onto the stage.

oh they're not dead or anything, their hands are just tied and are.. beaten to pulp.

"Care to explain Mr Brettew," Nami spoke forward

"This whole event was a set up or a fraud or.. a scam whatever, name it all. The teacher that Pigtail girl is calling, happen to be her father. Mitchell Brettew.. one of America's .. well not the wealthiest ... but close, entrepreneur," Nami says with confidence in her voice.

"And these guys, they messed around the real questions and traded it with questions only Samantha could answer. However, they had to include some obvious questions so that it didn't appear that Samantha was answering all of them.

".. then the aids??

"It's a gadget they developed to allow them to speak via each other's like a microphone, but they had to disguise it, so they attached it to a real hearing aid."

"So everything was a ploy.. wow, I knew this was stupid," I scoffed.

"That's all a lie! Why would I have to go this far just for this stupid university? It isn't even among the greatest "Samantha remarks.

".. Um judges ..?" Paul stammers

"I noticed something was wrong when I heard the questions... they were all childlike," says the judges.

"Why would you go to such lengths merely to be enrolled here? Don't you have a loads of money?" i scowled

Samantha begins to add, "Of course n-" but was stopped short.

".. well this university .. doesn't really accept bribes, even if the amount is doubled or tripled. Only intelligent people or events such as this may allow students to participate. This is what makes it the most trustworthy institution ever."
