"Studying Anatomy.''

Kodi and Rylee couldn't have been complete opposites when it came to their personalities and interests. Rylee was carefree, adventurous and smart and couldn't talk to people that easily. Kodi, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. Kodi liked staying in, hot-boxing their room, but could easily talk to other people. Something Rylee was Envious of.

But even if Rylee envied Kodi, they were still best friends. Until one day happened. Someone at their school had begun to turn them both against each other. It wasn't automatic hate, since they both hadn't believed what they were told at first. However, after a few weeks, the fights became constant.

Each fight was also extremely petty. One fight could've been about a rumour that Rylee was sleeping with Kodis' girlfriend and another could've been about Kodi being the one that was spreading the rumours. And you would think with how long they both had been best friends, that this wouldn't have affected them 

This entire cycle went on for a few months until a biology class had given both of them an idea, Question was, who'd be receiving and who would be giving? Well, maybe they would both find out soon enough.

During that same class, both of them paid extra attention. More than they usually do. Rylee stared at the scalpel. The urge to do what she wanted to do to her estranged best friend almost fully took over her mind but she was able to snap herself out of it. However, Kodi was having similar thoughts but it took more than self-control to stop themselves from doing it.

The thought of carving Rylee's heart out, slowly cutting pieces of flesh off her bones and pulling intestines out. The thought was so overpowering that Kodi didn't even realize that they had the taste of blood in their mouth with people screaming all around them. Their teacher looked horrified.

"Ms Kodi, what are you doing!" The teacher was way too frightened to go anywhere near the blood-covered individual. With a crazed smile, Kodi took the scalpel and cut it into Rylee's neck, pulling out her vocal cords.

"Just having an anatomy lesson, teach. I was sure you wouldn't have minded since...well...you were teaching it." Kodis' sanity was officially gone.
