Lyle's PoV

She let me hug her yesterday. She smiles at me like there's no tomorrow. Alaska said goodbye without actually saying it to me. I can't stop her. I begged for how many times, but she chose to go. I can't say that she left me, she will come back.

I'll wait...

Waking up in the morning, there's no sound, ambling steps, and Alaska's voice. Staring at the ceiling and mumbled, "I really like her"

And I miss her already.

I tried to contact her but she changed her phone as well as her phone number.

I located the necklace I gave her last month. She's in Gingoog. She's in Mindanao. Bakit siya pumunta doon? She can speak Bisaya? I heard once, Nana was speaking bisaya to our bisaya maids.

Minsan nagtaka ako.

*phone ringing

"Kuya Koa, help us" I heard North whispering to another line, crying. I also heard a gunshot.

"Koa" he whispered

"Help us" I heard Nana say.

What's happening?

I can hear my heart is thumping rapidly. I can't move. I can't even say a word. I suddenly heard another gunshot from the other line.

I heard Nana scream.

Alaska's PoV

It's hard. I can say, I'm here in Oroquieta. And that Leah Paalisbo is a thief. Kinuha niya wallet ko na walang laman. I put my card in my limb. I have strong instincts. I shouldn't be burara here, kasi wala akong kilala.Pero naisahan ako sa isang 'yon.

"Excuse me po, pwede pong magtanong?" I asked ang isang tall, Moreno, he's gwapo. Kamukha niya is Leah na 'yon.

"What?" He speaks English.

"Hi, I'm Alaska" I introduced.

"I'm Dante," he said "What do you want?" He asked.

"You know Chronos?" I asked. He is now staring at me deeply.

"I'm sorry. There are a lot of Chronos in the world" casual niyang sabi.

"O-okay.Thank you"

I'm starting walking to go to a hotel. I saw Gerard Hotel, kaya nag-check in ako.

This is the first day. This is hard. I'm here to find Chronos. I don't even know where's Chronos. WHO THE HELL IS CHRONOS!

Nana said that Chronos is the solution for everything.

"Ang pamilya sa USA ka matinahuron nga tawo, Lyle Koa Fisioterapueta, Inambush sa ilang puloy-anan, alas-sais sa kagahapunon"

I heard the radio broadcaster state Lyle's name.

"Miss"

"Yes, ma'am?"

"What does it mean? The broadcaster kanina?Their Bisaya is so deep. I can't understand" I asked, frightening.

She translates it for me

"NORTH" sambit ko na lang.

"Ma'am, is there any problem?" She asked. Hindi ko na siya pinansin.Dumiritso ako sa aking kwarto at kinuha lahat ng gamit. Babalik ako.

I can't help but cry. What if North will?Aaahh Alaska! Don't be such a nega!

Kasama sila ni Nana. Sumakay ako ng tricycle para sasakay ng bus.
