You and Darshan had been dating each other for 2 years. You both were really happy with each others. He really had loved you alot and you did too. He gave his all for this relationship. He had you as his first priority. He always used to call you and talk to u for hours, talk to you about his fans, about the new songs he made and everything that happened to him everyday.
We all seek for happy ending but not all people have it.
Since your relationship was not 'normal' like all the other couples as he was an Idol and had Millions of fans. You were tired of the calls, you wanted to be like the other couples like going on for movie dates, late night bike rides, holding his hands in public, travelling to different places with him and many more. But he couldn't give you, as he was scared his fans might hate on you or might dislike you. He wanted to protect you from all the negativity. Although his dad and his close friends knew about you.
As it was your 3rd anniversary you wanted to visit him and surprise him. You quickly grabbed your wallet and headed to the mall. You bought a new blue halo crepe dress for your self along with some chocolate pastries as he would love it.

You headed to his house without informing him, he was in the colony as he had just come from the gym and had his fans around him who came to meet him. You saw him and run to him to hug him but you told yourself not to and just slowly walked to him, he was kinda busy with clicking pictures with them but then finally his eyes fell on you. You gave a big wide smile while blushing a little but he flinched and eyed you not to come any futher, so you just stood there. He quickly told avish in his ears to take you inside. That made you heart ache so bad. You question to yourself "didn't he miss me? Doesn't he want to hug me? Why didn't he smiled back at me? Did i make him angry?" You follwed avish as you had your head down hiding your face as the tears started forming in your eyes. You really wanted to run to him and hug , tell him how much you missed but seemed like he didnt had the same thing towards you.
He came inside the house, removed his shoes at the entrance and walked to you, a little angry and a little emotional too. He let go of his anger and hugged you tight. "i missed you so much babe, how are you?" he asked you, still hugging. You felt all broken at that moment. It wasn't something big but you really wanted to make your relationship public so that you could finally hug him or hold his hand infront of everyone. You pulled yourself off him and said "I'm sorry Darsh, i can't do this anymore its getting harder for me day by day." He came to know what you were talking about. He was going to say sorry but you interapted him "I know it would be a silly reason for me to break up with you for this but i can't . The way you ignore me in front of everyone, the way you keep telling people that you are not dating anyone, the way you get angry on me for posting our pictures together on social media. I hate it. I hate it." He was shocked to see you bust out your feelings like this. He didnt realise you had been hurting silently without him knowing. He moved his hand to your face to wipe your tears but his eyes widened as he saw you removing the ring from your finger which he had given to you. Yes the black one whose colour had dsappeared, his favourite one. Placing the the ring on his hand you said "i'm sorry but it's hard for me, i just wanted a normal life with you but i think it's to much to ask. Ik i'm gonna regret this but i can't-" tears in your eyes you walked passed him. He just stood there looking at the ring he knew you had a hard time he just didn't know what to do to stop you. He didn't expect you to take such a big step. When he realise what's more important at that moment was to stop you at any cost but by then it was too late, you had already left. He tried calling you but you didn't pick up, you came home and cried all your heart. "I'm sorry Darsha, but maybe we were never meant to be together" was the only thought you had on your mind.
