Ch1. Daycare

"No ethan. It's like this, see?"

"Oh. Oh! I see! Can it go like this?"
Ethan redoing a tower of blocks be made with Y/n.

Y/n laughed. "Yeah, it can."

"Y/n! Ethan! Vanessa is here! Come on! We gotta go!" Y/n's sister in law shouted.

"Come on little man. Ya ready so see how daycare is like?" Y/n asked cleaning up the toys.

Y/n's 6 year old nephew got up putting his hoodie on.

Ethan nodded.

"You nervous?"  Y/n asked fixing Ethan's hoodie.

"Yes...will you stay with me?" Ethan asked.

"Of course I will. I have nothing else to do. Let's go"

"Woah..this place is big.." Ethan muttered clinging onto Y/n's sleeve.

"Yep. It's always hard for just one security guard to guard this place" Vanessa said.

"Y/n is looking for a job. Maybe you can hire her" Y/n's sister in law suggested.

"Huh?"

"I mean. It's fine by me. If you want you can start tonight" Vanessa said.

"I bet the boss won't mind, come. I'll give you this just to have" Vanessa handed Y/n a few keys to the pizzaplex.

"Oh, thanks" y/n smiled.

"Come on! We gotta show this squirt the daycare. I personally hate it, but it seems like a good place for you" Vanessa added patting Ethan's head.

"Is Auntie gonna stay with me..?" Ethan asked his mom.

"Um.."

"N/n! You said you would!" Ethan said hugging Y/n.

"I will! I will! Don't worry!" Y/n laughed picking Ethan up.

"Anyways. It's this way, we're pretty early so there isn't any kids. They come around 10 or 11" Vanessa explained.

"Ethan look" Y/n nudged Ethan to lift his head up.

"What..? Woah. It's huge! Put me down! Put me down!"

Y/n laughed as Ethan pulled her into the daycare.

"Y/n.. there's a ball pit!" Ethan cheered.

"Yep. I can see that, huh I wonder why's there a balcony up there" Y/n asked looking up.

"Oh! That playground is huge!" Ethan ran off into the playground leaving Y/n in the ball pit.

"Hey! Ethan! Wait up!—Gah!" Y/n got sucked down into the ball pit and pulled right up.

"Hello! New friend!" Y/n got a good look of who was holding her above ground.
