it's been a long time

Soon enough we all sat down, both Glimmer and Bow were worried that something happened but i didn't want to tell them. We all sat down and as usual a bunch of people started talking thru each other. A second later i see principal Angella come up to us. Principal Angella is also Glimmers mom, she introduced me to Glimmer and that's how we basically became friends. "Hey girls and Bow i wanted to ask you a favor." She said which made Bow chuckle. "The new soccer team is here and i wanted you guys to sit down with them, get to know them and then show them around." She explained. Shit. "Uh.. don't we have first period?" I asked trying to get out of the situation. "I canceled it for you guys now if you just go over to the gym they will be there waiting." She said nicely before turning her back and walking away. "This is so cool!" Bow squealed with Glimmer. "Adora come on!" Glimmer yelled before grabbing my wrist and we ran towards the gym. Shit.

The principal came up to us and said a few people will come and introduce their selves and show us around. We all sat down while me and Lonnie were laughing. "Didn't you see him? He almost fell!" Lonnie laughed out with me. "Always gotta be Kyle." I said in return. "Shut up." Kyle said low-key embarrassed but he was also giggling. Suddenly we hear the gym open and a three people walk out. I turn my head to see a short girl with pink hair, a taller boy and.. You have got to be kidding me. Me and the blonde made eye contact but quickly looked away. "Hey i'm Glimmer, this is Bow and Adora." She explained. Shit it really is her. "Sup i'm Lonnie, the blonde is Kyle with his guy Rogelio, Scorpia, the one that's one her phone is Entrapta and the one that looks suicidal is Catra. She explained. I see Adora's eyes widen as she heard my name but we ignored it. The three sat across from us as they started talking about the school. "Adora you seem more depressed than usual, what's up?" Glimmer asked the blonde sitting across from me. "Oh uh nothing." She answered awkwardly. She just looked down and i finally got a good look at her. She still has her hair the same length but she wears it down now, She had a few piercings on her ear and she only wore a bit of makeup and her figure had changed drastically. They all continued talking when Adora spoke up. "Your hair, it's curly." She said blandly. "No shit." I answered back awkwardly.

I managed to get a look at her, her hair she changed it and it's curly now, she had a septum with a few other piercings on her ear, she wore some dark makeup. I looked a bit closer and of course her figure had changed but i didn't want to think any further.  "You two know each other?" Lonnie asked with a raised brow. "We are familiar with each other i guess." Catra answered a bit annoyed. "Yeah." I answered. I hear Lonnie groan before speaking up "Do yo guys hate each other or something? Lonnie asked annoyed.

"What no!"  Catra answered annoyed

"Then how do you know each other?" Lonnie asked

"Well uh.."

"Long story short i used to go to school with Blondie over here."

"You were a horde kid?" Glimmer asked with her jaw dropped."

"In elementary, is that so hard to believe?" I asked.

"A bit i guess."

"Damn okay.."

"Anyway if you guys wanna chill with a few more people we are friends with you can." Glimmer explained happily.

"Thanks." Lonnie said.

"Are you guys on any sport teams?" Lonnie asked.

"Adora does track." Bow said with a smile.

"That's cool." Lonnie responded.

"Want us to show you around?" Glimmer asked and they all agreed so we started walking around the school, showing them around. They seem like cool people and i'm honestly glad she found friends that matched her personality well. Honestly i wasn't sure if i was happy or upset to see her. It was a bit awkward, seeing the girl that i first loved all grown up. "So what's up?" She spoke up. "It's been a long time since i've last seen you." She said again. "Yeah it has been, uhm well what do you wanna know?" I ask. "I don't know tell me something we are acting like total idiots." She said. "Mk well, i moved here with my mom and older sister and my moms kind of a bitch so we moved away from her. I became friends with Glimmer and Bow who introduced me to a bunch of other guys." I explained. "Damn well i'm glad you moved away from that witch." She answered which made me chuckle.

"Damn well i'm glad you moved away from that witch." I told her which she answered with a little chuckle. I couldn't help but smile hearing her laugh again, maybe i did miss her. "Now tell me what's going on in yours pretty girl." She asked with a smirk. It was normal for us as kids to give each other nicknames since we saw each other as more than friends back then so i didn't think much of it. I roll my eyes with laughter before continuing "Uh so i mostly live with Max, my older brother because my moms mostly out of town. In middle school i met these guys and we started playing soccer. Coach told us that we were pretty good so he moved us our senior year to this school. And here i am." I explained to her. "Mhm okay.." I hear her answer. "Do you all wanna come over after school? I'm sure my mom won't mind?" Glimmer suddenly asked everyone." It took us a second to answer. "Hm yeah sure." Lonnie said for all of us.

Glimmer invited us over to her house and i hate to admit it but i'm excited to get to know her Catra again. She's changed a lot, her voice a bit deeper, her figure grew together with her facial structure. Miss Angella came a few minutes later and gave them their schedules for second period, we went with them and showed them how to use their locker and then second period started, i had a class with Glimmer and Bow, great now they are gonna start asking questions.
