Kakashi:those are chakra papers,you add chakra in them to know your affinity,if your paper burns its fire,if it soaks it's water,if it crumbles it's earth,if it wrinkles it's lightning and if it splits in half it is wind

Kakashi:it seems like you have 2 affinities Sasuke,fire and lighting

Sakura channeled chakra into the paper and it soaked then crumpled
