Vil, that's how they call me, but my actual name is Zivile. I'm a student in this high school at N.Y.C. Weird how I ended up here, I'm actually from Greece, but my father, was always busy as fuck with work; I bet that man still struggling with work right now. My mother made the decision to divorce my father 9 years ago, he wasn't paying that much of attention to our family anymore, we could say it was the best thing to do, at least to our well- being. My mother and I came here to New York for a fresh new start. Bonus point, My mom had a sister that lived here too, an easier way to find a home I guess. I've been here with my mother since I was 7 years old. Currently I am 16, pretty much of a bitch for teenagers of my age I'd say. About siblings? Yes, I do have an older brother his name is Darius, a pretty dope name if you ask me; but he's living in Andorra at the moment. Honestly, I don't know much about him, it's whatever.
Now, a little more back story of why people call me Vil and not Zivile. You see, people tend to mess up with my name, since is from Lithuania, an European country. You know the drill, you hear a name with the weirdest pronunciation and not even decent, believe me you will be must likely to miss a lot with the right wording and pronunciation. It truly doesn't bother me at all how people call me, I'm used to it. They changing my name every five seconds to some other or calling me nicknames because they don't remember how was it pronounced. I think I've never heard someone apart from my family to call me by my actual name, not even my teachers, they're always going for my last name "Salvatore".
This really took a turn when I met her. Who? Well Yui, Tsuda Yui. This new Japanese annoying girl that entered to my school this year. She... well, she calls me by my actual name. No trouble with pronunciation, not even a single pause of doubt when she's about to say it. Pretty amazing I'd say for a foreign with a crappy accent, but don't let her know that, I'm supposed hate her, if you know what I mean. Yui is really annoying, always wondering with those sparkling eyes of hers, that sweet smile in her face every time I look at her. How can she be that positive and happy with everything that's going on in her life right know. I know deep down she's hurt, sad and in pain, believe me man, some people just know how to hide it well.
Tsuda Yui came to this school to "create new memories and make a lot friends" that's what she said, but we all know that is not the reason why she's here. Her parents are some type of corruptors in government of Japan. They did something that caused a lot of citizens to lose their jobs. Schools got closed, hospitals stoped going on service and well, obviously for said actions half of the population went in rage. Some of the citizens tried entering: "The Tokyo Imperial Palace" but instead they got killed by smoke bombs that were thrown to the people that were trying to violate the entrance of said place. I bet she got bullied and ended up being here, out of her natal country, to avoid the stares of the people, being called at and picked on, also probably getting killed for revenge towards her parents. But it's not her fault after all, it's her parents. She thinks here in America we are all clueless of what's going on. How could we be?! It's all over the news and she's just thinks it's going to be different by being on a different country.

Autor's note here.Vil is narrating a bit about her story and Yui's but in the next chapter this two still haven't met. This is just for some sense to be thrown at the start. I don't like to have you readers confused and also that's how I write too, so I'm clearing this up from the start. No confusion, just straight forward.
