This year is the start of new beginnings without us even realising it. We move off to high school, we make new friends, some of us grow up a little more we become mature young adults, and yet some of us don't at all, some of us mature in ways that we become smarter with school work but not with real life situations. High school teaches us nothing. Nothing about real life. We make mistakes and learn from them. That is how we learn. That my friend, is the life of a teen in teen society.
My thoughts on high school: how it works.
Aka: "the best four years of your life." - Wrong. It's actually the biggest learning experience of your life. - Right.
Freshman year:
1. It is not terrifying like anything you see on TV.
2. Do not try and be friends with everyone.
3. Everyone hates the freshman, so don't try and act like your better than everyone else. Because you're not.
4. Walk on the right side of the hallway. And don't walk in packs. And stop screaming, you'll see your friends at lunch.
Sophomore year:
1. This year contains a lot of drama.
2. You'll learn that mitochondria is the power house of the cell.
3. Freshman are annoying.
Junior year:
1. Chemistry will consume your life.
2. You have to start thinking about college.
3. Please stop asking me what I want to do because I don't know
4. Junior it is real.
5. You find your group of friends.
Senior year:
1. College applications = college acceptance letters.
2. Why am I still here?
3. How long till I graduate.
4. Senioritis.
5. it's your last everything.
6. Graduation. Finally!
This is the life of a teen in teen society. This is high school. This is the next four years of your life.
