The True Beauty of the Fireworks

No One's POV

Tanaka and Kiyoko were heading to the park to see the fireworks on a close by bench. They were talking about pretty random stuff like weird stuff happening at school or some of the strict teachers and all of the funny moments that happened when they suddenly bumped into 2 familiar faces.

Tanaka's POV

"Suga? Daichi? What are you guys doing here?" I looked back and forth. First at Daichi then Suga, back at Daichi then back at Sugawara. I continued to look back and forth to the two of them until my neck eventually hurt. I stopped and opened my mouth to start talking until Kiyoko spoke up.

"So what's my favorite couple doing here? I thought you guys were going to stay over in the dorms" "Well I may or may not have begged Daichi to come along to see the fireworks with me." Sugawara said holding Daichi's hand a bit tighter. Daichi sighed and he then smiled "I couldn't refuse because he used the face on me." He was talking about the face Sugawara does when he is really desperate.

I nodded and then I realized it. "wait- WAIT YOU TWO ARE TOGETHER???" I shouted to the top of my lungs, shocked about them being together but at the same time I wasn't too surprised. Daichi looked at me with confusion in his eyes "I thought it was pretty obvious that we were dating and did we not tell you on graduation day that me and Suga were a thing?" Sugawara chuckled "It has been quite sometime since graduation but you still somehow forgot one of the most 'best surprises' you have ever had in your life according to what you said last year before we left."  

"I said that?" I thought to myself, putting my hand on my chin.

The realization hit me when I remembered them telling me last year. "Oh I remember now!" I said out loud, putting my index finger up. Daichi, Sugawara and Kiyoko proceeded to laugh.

Flashback

No One's POV

"Hey guys Sugawara and I would like to announce something to all of you before us 3rd years leave, if you guys don't mind at least." Daichi said kind of raising his voice to get the teams attention. The team all looked at each other to make sure they were all ready, they all nodded to show that they were ready. Ennoshita spoke up, "Go right ahead Daichi, we're all ready." Daichi nodded and looked at Sugawara. He had a look saying 'go on say it". Daichi looked back at the team and he finally spoke.

"Me and Suga are dating-""I CALLED IT." everybody looked over to Kiyoko with the unexpected shout from her. "Asahi hand me the money." Kiyoko said putting out her hand in front of  Asahi who was frowning.

 Asahi ran over to the locker room to grab the $10 from his wallet in his bag and then proceeded to run back to the gym and handed Kiyoko the $10. "H.. here" Asahi said out of breath. Kiyoko smirked and took the money off Asahi.
