A/N:
If you're not part of the gay emo cult + Saxon you probably will not want to read this tbh. You have been warned.
Renee POV:
I wake up to the annoying buzz of the alarm clock next to my bed, I feel another awakening beside me.
Kennedy.
"Hey." I say with a smile shining through my voice.
She rolls over.
"Hey, you're up early." She says groggily but cheerfully.
I get up out of bed and pull her out of bed by her hands.
"Get up, dumbass."
She rolls her eyes and gets the rest of the way up. I go to get dressed and put on the gayest thing I can find; a red flannel, a beanie, black skinny jeans, and converse. I look in the mirror and study myself.
Damn, I really am gay today.
Kennedy and I get the rest of the way ready, and head downstairs. We pass my mom on the way to the kitchen.
"Fuck, she didn't know you were here." I whisper to the blonde, who is currently clinging to my arm.
Her grip loosens a bit and eventually altogether halts as my mom turns around to face us.
"Why is she here?" my mother asks, not quite annoyed, just inquisitively.
The room goes silent until Kennedy speaks up a few moments later.
"I got kicked out of the house for the night."
Damn, she is good at faking. I'm just glad we didn't have to tell her the truth, or let her figure it out on her own. Then I'd be the one getting kicked out.
"Oh, alright. Stay as long as you need."
I look to Kennedy in disbelief. She's actually not questioning this? She knows we're gay as hell. Whatever, I'm totally cool with this.
We continue to the kitchen and eat our cereal.
When we finish, we grab our backpacks and get onto the bus, which was already outside, about to leave.
The ride to school was silent, aside from the douchebags in the back of the bus yelling about how many "bitches they banged".
We get off the bus and walk up to our usual friend group.
Saxon and Kristina, as always, had their hands all over each other. Kaylon and Kelsie were sitting on the bench being half quiet, half loud. Kaylon was the quiet half, and Kelsie was being louder than Kristina (which is rare, because Kristina's louder than a bullhorn). As for us, we just kind of stood there.
As we awkwardly stood there waiting for Kristina and Saxon to stop making out, and Kelsie to shut the fuck up, the bell, of course, rings.
Since Kennedy and I have different classes, we head off our seprate ways. She has guitar, so I walk her across the school to her class. The second bell rings, great. I walk to my history class, on the other side of the campus. Of course, I'm late, so I walk in and sit down, avoiding eye contact with the teacher. I look up, only to find she's not even in the class.
Wait, no-one is in the class.
What the hell?
Where the fuck am I?
I quickly get out of my seat and look around. I'm in the right room, I know I am. I notice a note on the desk next to me.
I rip the note off the desk and read it.
"Meet me in room 805.
-Kennedy"
This seems weird and sexual, I like it.
No I don't
Yes I do.
Actually, I really don't.
Or do I?
Either way, I exit the room in search of that kinky little fucker. Everything is silent, aside from my footsteps clicking down the hall. Is the whole damn school empty?
As I pass by a room labeled "STAFF LOUNGE - EMPLOYEES ONLY", an arm reaches out and pulls me in. I really hope this is Kennedy.
The room is pitch black, and nothing is holding onto me.
What the fuck is going on?
