RIIIIIIIIIIING
Stiles mostly hated the sound of bells ringing. They reminded him of mean and hateful things: alarm clocks, school, prison. But he loved the bell that dismissed them from eighth period. It sounded completely heavenly. Plus, he didn't really like art history that much. It was boring all you did was memorize stuff, and there's no hands on activities because the people your talking about a usually dead. But right now he had to focus on worser things."Worser. Is that even a word?" Stiles thought more. "Okay, definitely not a word."
The "Worser" things Stiles had to deal with right now was his best friend. He didn't even know what was going on with him. Therefore, he was going to go home and figure it out to be, you know, productive. Stiles was so in his head that he didnt realize that he was already at his beloved jeep, just staring into space. He started to feel watched and looked around then he saw him. His best friend was walking up to him.
"Hey dude." Scott said, in a monotone voice.
"Scotty-boy!" Stiles said as he unlocked the driver side door of the jeep. When he got into his seat he reached over and unlocked the passenger side door. And then threw his bag in the back seat. "Do you wanna know what were going to do today Scott?" Stiles asked.
"No, I dont and really don't want to." Scott replied thinking about his upcoming chem test.
"Well to bad!" Stiles exclaimed while starting his jeep. "Because were going to do some research about this whole-" Stiles paused for a second "thing, that you've got going on with you."
"Do I have to help?" Scott asked.
Stiles ignored it and drives out of the parking lot. Mumbling curses here and there. "You'd think after ten minutes everyone would leave, right?"
"No." Scott said "I think you just don't have good time management skills."
"Really?" Stiles asked. "That's rich coming from the guy who thought it was Thursday."
"Oh my god. I told you I got like an hour of sleep last night."
Stiles didn't reply he was to busy figuring out how to get out of a high school parking lot. When they got onto the road for about five minutes, Stiles was thinking about what he needed to look up first. "What to do if your friend was bitten by a wolf when there are no wolves where I live and now the bite is gone after a couple of nights?" Yeah. He'd have to narrow it down a bit. But to what? While Stiles was pondering about what they'd have to start with. Scott said something.
"What?" Stiles asked, looking over to him.
"What?" Scott asked sounding annoyed.
"No, what did you say?" Stiles questioned.
"I said: Since were coming up on the Preserve, can we get out and try to find my inhaler?"
"Yeah sure." Stiles stated. Watching the road making sure they didn't miss the turn. When they did reach it, however, Stiles almost didn't see it, as a result it felt like they were very close to flipping. They weren't.
"Jesus!" Scott exclaimed.
"Sorry! Sorry!" Stiles yelled back while he was pulling into the parking lot.
He found a parking spot, he pulled into it and put the jeep in park. Scott got out of the car and started walking. "Hey, dude. Wait for me!" Stiles yelled after him
"Catch up, man." He replied.
Stiles groaned but ran to catch up with his overrated best friend. "So." Stiles said.
