(lolz, idk if I'll be on tomorrow.)   And also, if anyone has any advice for the broken hearted, then please let me know :(  boys can be so stupid.  Anywho, I'll actually get to the story now!! :)   xxx, Lexxse

I walked out of Heartney's Dance Academy, shouldering my dance bag. I had had a good practice.

I'm excited for tomorrow. Usually on Saturdays, I have ballet class from two until four-thirty in the afternoon. But my dance instructor, Miss Rose, asked if I could come around ten-ish instead. Even though she had not explained to me why, I still agreed. Miss Rose is a wonderful instructor, and I would trust her with my life.

Although she had said something about an audition of some-sort. But auditions are completely normal for me. Ever since my third year of dance, when I was eight years old, my dance instructors have set-up auditions for me. From playing a sugarplum fairy in the New York City Ballet's showing of The Nutcracker, to being a backround dancer for some superstar's music video. So Miss Rose's request hasn't really fazed me.

FInally, my mum pulled up close to where I'm standing on the sidewalk. A beginner's ballet class just let out, so I tried to carefully maneuver around them to reach my mum. Some of the girls run away from their parents and to me, enveloping me in a huge embrace.

"Hi Hailey, Maddie, Vanessa, and Tori. How was your class?"

  "Good!" They yelled in unison.

I knew the four best friends from last year, when I helped them prepare a dance for a big competition. They are definitely the best in their class, and they showed it when they won with first place.

"What did you do?" I inquired.

"We're learning the steps to our new song for our performance!" Vanessa replied enthusiastically.

"One, two, three." Directly after Maddie said three, they began the first few steps to the dance for me.

  It was too cute.

"Girls! Come on, or we ewon't be able ot got to McDonald's." Tori's mum called out to the girls.

  "No! We're coming!" Hailey squeeled.

They all gave me a quick hug, then scrambled over to where their parents were waiting.

Chuckling, I went over to my mum's car, then hopped in.

Only a few more months until I'll be able to drive on my own. My 16th birthday is January 26, which is just a few months from now, November 18th. Then, I won't need to botehr my parents with taking me to all my rehearsals and competitions and performances.

"Hey mum." I said, smiling as I buckled in my seatbelt.

  "How'd it go?"

"Great! But actually..." I hesitated before finishing, I know that my mum has a busy schedule, and I don't want to impose, "do you think that you could drop me off tomorrow at ten in the morning instead of two? I have another audition."

  "Of course honey."

"Are you sure? You don't have anything else to do?"

"Yes I'm sure honey. I think that you will really enjoy this oppurtunity, and I don't want to be the reason you miss it."

Hmm, that's strange. um usually doesn't make my auditions a big deal. Does she know something that I don't?

"Thanks mum, I really appreciate it."

Soon, we were pulling into the driveway to our house. I got out, and lugged my dance bag to my room.

After a refreshing shower, I ate dinner with my family, then headed back upstairs to my room. Despite the nagging voice in teh back of my head, I decide to ditch my homework, and instead pack my dance bag for tomorrow. Even though tomorrow is Saturday, I usually do my homework on Friday night, because I barely have any free time on Saturday and Sunday with my dancing.

Considering that I don't know what type of audition I will be going to, I prepare for any circumstance. Spandex shorts and a large t-shirt for hip-hop, a leotard and tights for ballet and jazz, and sweat pants and a muscle shirt for about anything else. Next, I stuff in a pair of my ballet flats.

  Perfect, prepared for any outcome.

Once this is completed, I head downstairs to the living room, plug my ipod into the docking station, and play the latest song we're working on in one of my hip-hop classes.

Sweating like crazy, I practice for about half an hour before dad appears in the living room and asks if I can stop so that he can concentrate on his work.

Nodding, I slugishly walk over to my ipod, hit the pause button, and take it out of the docking station.

I make my way to the kitchen, graba  bottle of water from the fridge, then guzzle it all down. The cold water relieved my ragged throat. After regaining my breath, I head back upstairs and to my bedroom.

Hmm, what to do, what to do.

Yawning, I go over to my radio, and press the 'CD1' button. Instantly, the voices of Harry, Niall, Louis, Zayn, and Liam fill the eptiness in my room.

I move over to my bed, lie down, and close my eyes. I imagine their lips moving along with the song. Soon, my imagination brings me to a wonderful land where they sing for me, and only me.

By the third song on the CD, I am already fast asleep.

                                                                    **********

"Della! It's time to wake up if you want to get to the studio on time!"

Groaning, I throw my covers off of me, then rub my eyes. I get out of bed, and dress in jeans, a white camisole, and a big white t-shirt with a heart on the front over the cami.

Downstairs, I pour myself a bowl of Raisin Bran cereal and milk. I eat hurriedly, then run back upstairs and grab my gym bag.

By the time I'm downstairs again, my mum is already waiting in the car, parked in the driveway. Once I close the front door behinf me, I lock it, then run over to the car and hop in.

The car's automatic clock read 9:15. Phew, I'll make it there a little early.

"So mum," I start casually, as she backs out of the driveway.

"Yes?" She asks, as if she already knows that I'm up to something.

"Um, so do you know anything about my audition?"

  "Maybe, why?"

?Because I don't All I know is that I'm suppsed to be at the studio by ten this morning." I sighed, knowing my mother, I'm probably not going to be able to squeeze out any information from her.

"Hmmm, well that's just too bad."

Rolling my eyes, I let out anotehr sigh. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

Soon, we puul up to the dance academy. My mum says good-bye, and I jump out of the car.

Running inside, I see a sign pointing to the direction of where to go for the auditions.

But I swear, my heart skipped a beat. Because under the arrow, the sign read, 'One Direction Backround Dancer Auditions'.

Miss Rose had set up an audition for me that could make my dreams come true.
