Here I am back at St. Grace's it has been a while. Two years to be exact since my last admission, two years since I last talked to Poe and two years since I had heard from my love, will.

A lot has changed in these last two years, as you all know I got a double lung transplant two years ago and this has been the longest that I have not been in the hospital and on top of that my lung function is the best that it ever has been, and I don't need to wear the oxygen as much. I know that you all are wondering as to why I am back in the hospital if the transplant is doing really well and that is because they want to start me on a new medication called trikafta. They say that it makes a CFers lungs to almost normal capacity. Well, I'm going to go and do the first thing that I would do at any hospital admission, I am going to go and decorate my room.

As I put all of Abby's art on the walls and put my comforter on the bed I heard a knock at my door. "Well look who it is long time no see" I turned around and saw barb and julie in the doorway. "Barb, Julie how are you how is the baby?" I asked looking at julie she looked at me with a smile "he is great he's going to be three this march" I smiled at her she took vitals and left the room

Barb then looked at me and smiled " so you know that trikafta is going to improve your lung function and can make it even better with the lung transplant and so far we have had great results and patients are almost normal." She said joking up my port to saline " we want to keep you here because with the transplant we also want to monitor your lungs since most transplant only last three years and we have had patients have issues with their liver so we just want to be sure"

I looked at her as she finished hooking up the saline "A little birdie told me that your YouTube channel is doing great" I replied "yea it has been and I was even invited to a TED talk about CF" "wow Stella that's great" she said with a proud smile. "You know it's different here without Poe" she looked at me sadly "I know he would've been so happy for you" she said with a sad smile before leaving the room

Suddenly I got a text from a familiar number one that I thought I would never hear from again.
