We headed to his apartment but bypassed my house to leave all the shopped stuff. We grabbed a cab since Jin was whining about not wanting to walk more.

He's such a kid and yet acts so grown-up sometimes. Aish! I would've scolded him or even made him walk that short distance if I was his mom and if he actually was a kid, but he's a 'grown man'. And I can't even respect him and accept that he actually is a grown man since he does such nuisance acts sometimes that I want to punch him in his—

"Yujin? What happened? Your face looks like you're about to pick a fight," Jin suddenly broke my thoughts.

I coughed. "Nothing." I get so carried away in my 'thoughts' sometimes. It's such a pain in the neck.

The car finally stopped and we paid for the trip. The apartment had two floors, and was a fine place for a living. But it looked abandoned.

"What do you think happened here?" I whispered to Jin next to me.

He sighed, "It looks like they're dead set on finding me."

"But...why do they want you?" I asked, "And who is 'they'?" I looked at him and he looked away.

"Let's go get that thing. The quicker the better," Jin said and crept to the gate. It was obvious that he just ignored my questions. But it's okay, cause I have a better one.

As he slowly opened the gate, making no sound, I asked, "So...what is the 'thing' you want to get right now?"

"It's the most important thing I ever have in my life," he started. I looked at him in excitement. I really wanna know what it is.

"It is...my diary."

"WHAT??!" I almost screamed when he grabbed my mouth shut. "Shut up! We're on a stealth mission!"

"We're going to a near-death trap and will pick up a fight with assassins for your DIARY??!"

"How did you know that there will be assassins here?"

"DUH! They are over there, there, and look, a whole group of them are leaving," I whispered, pissed off.

"Oh. I didn't think you had such battle brains," he smirked. "Now follow me."

We went inside the gate and went behind some bushes near the apartment. Three people were walking towards us.

"Announce it to them, troop A and B will go. Troop C will take rest. Leave three rank A guards on duty. We'll see the rest of the story tomorrow at all costs."

"Yes sir!"

All troops are emptied means this is our chance. The three rank A guards are the only problem now.

We waited for some time, and all the people left.

"This is our shot," I said, getting out of that thick bush.

"We will have to fight the three!"

"We will have to distract the three!"

We both said together and looked at each other.

"I will make the plans since it's my home and my diary," Jin folded his hands.

"But we can't fight them. Just imagine. Rank A. They didn't receive it for nothing!" I tried to put some common sense in his dumb head.

"Aish! I can fight like a warrior! You saw me fight that time, didn't you?"

"Yeah, right. And you were soaked in blood. Was that one of your abilities or what? To get all bloody?" I mocked him.
