Battle of Legends

A Demon Hunter Encounter. Chapter 3.

When they woke up, they saw someone standing beside them, they were confused but saw him not holding a weapon. However they saw blood on his hands and bandages, they thought he was killing them, but when they look around, they saw demon corpses, they were about to look at him but he vanished.

they all followed Ace to where the unknown man is at, after following Ace, they finally see him. "Who goes there!" As Zabaki said with a worried tone, the unknown man looked back, as he had a mask on, they can see how serious he looked. The unknown man said. "What is it, I don't have time to babysit some little kids." Zamaki was a bit mad about that comment, but he wasn't lying about the other two. "Why did you kill those demons?" As Zamaku said with a curious voice. "Those demons were about to kill you, I do not like them when they exist in this world..." The unknown man said as he rubbed his face a bit, Ace smelled fresh blood and he backed up scared. They all looked at Ace and Ace said. "You are hurt..." his tone made the others a bit curious about his wound, but he did not want to show it, but he only took off his mask to show them what had happened. They were all in shock to see a cut across the face, they were about to question him what had happened, however he replied before they even get to ask. "Those demons attacked me and my village, they slaughtered them all, but left me behind... I made a promise that demon...! I'll be hunting him down, killing him before he even gets to kill me!" As his tone was angered, Ace was worried for him, as he asked "What's your name...?" the unknown man said "My name is Tyler, I am a demon slayer... and now" as he said that, they can see his normal again, but they see more demons appear, they were about to attack but the second they blinked, the demons were decapitated by the looks of it. They saw was his hands killing them all, and he looked down at one of them and stomped the demon's chest. "You demons are disgusting to watch..." as Tyler said it, giving the demon a death glare. Ace and the rest were looking at them and saw the demons were human like, the demon that Tyler is standing on said "I-I came with a message..." The demon grabbed a note, Tyler grabbed the note and started reading it, but when he saw a specific name, he got into shock. "They want to release him!" Tyler said as he finally stomped his head and letting blood go onto his feet that was bandaged up.

Zamaki looked at Tyler as he was confused. "Who is that they want to release?" Zamaki said as he was worried about who they'll be meeting. "They'll be releasing... Xenon..." Tyler said as his voice also started trembling. Zabaki and Zamaki were in deep shock, they both backed up and looked at the mountain, as they looked at the mountain, they see it burst around and see a dark heavy cloud in the sky, they can see he'll be torturing them slowly, as the dark heavy cloud also moved toward a certain area. Zamaku was also in shock for once, he saw a mountain burst into pieces with such ease, Ace was frighten. He imagined himself being it, and he looked down as they all fell into despair. "What's the hopes of us hiding, if he'll just find us..." As Zabaki said that, Tyler slapped them all, to get them in shape again. "Stay on track you idiots!" Tyler said when he slapped them, he walked off from the opposite way from Xenon. "Come on, I'll travel with you only half way... then we split up, he doesn't know where you guys are heading, his just taking a different paths..." he said when he kept walking, the rest followed for eighty kilometers.

After getting away from Xenon, they finally rested and Tyler left them, but before he left, he heard Ace said "Do you want to come with us?" As Tyler looked back, he shake his head and walked off, they went their separate ways. Zamaku thought about what Xenon can do, he looked down finally feeling something, he looked up at Zamaki and asked "Is this what fear feels like...?" he looked down at his brother and nodded, as the other two were also thinking about it, they still had hope and looked at each other. "We should train, before we end up like his victim..." Zabaki said as he was worried. They wondered where Tyler was heading, they all thought they'll meet, but one day, they saw him with one of the goddess, she was the Goddess of Hell, Tyler asked if he can cross over, to kill the demons that killed his village. However she refused and said "Turn away, these are no ordinary demons, they are also human.. they come to me to turn into demons, not for your dumb action to slaughter them all!" as she said that, Tyler replied with a different answer. "I want to kill the demons that raid my village, and I only need to kill is Omega..." The rest died because they attacked a group, and they failed because of me.." As he said that, the Goddess of Hell still decline him. But she told her name. "Call me Zashima... I do not want to start another war with the human race, so please go back..." She said as she disappear, Tyler was enraged, wanting revenge on a demon he hated for his entire life. He left and the others who had heard his conversation were in shock about him, Ace remembered a demon named Omega, he ran up to him and asked "Is the demon your looking for a smart with fighting skills...?" As Ace said that, Tyler stopped and looked back at Ace with eyes that shows hatred towards him, without hesitation, he turned and stared into his eyes and grabbed his shoulder and said. "Where is he! Do you still know he is here!" Zamaki and Zabaki appeared behind him and grabbed his shoulder in anger. "Don't even try hurting him again..." they both said as he warned him. Tyler calmed down and stayed by them, he looked down at Ace and said. "I'm sorry, I'm still mad about what he had done to my family... those demons I've hunted are dead... except him, I hunt him down, finding his leftover raid..." As time go on, he spent telling his story to him about finding Omega, however all he ever found is doing but destroyed buildings and raided items.
