Death is inevitable. It's fate; too live, too die. Too know that there's an eventual end can bring doubt, it can bring joy, it can be perceived differently;
⎯ A curse. The end of a road in which you had not yet reached the end. Meeting the light early, when there's still so much more you want to discover. Seeing the end too soon, leaving those you love in despair but knowing with time, they will begin to heal, they will get better.
⎯ An opportunity. The chance to move forward to another lifeline, to be reborn perhaps. A do over. A new chance to believe, grace everything with a new perspective, too fix past mistakes.
⎯ Or a saviour. The end of suffering, a life of pain washed away. Finally granting you the peace of mind you've always wanted, vanishing them demons away to a place never to be found again. However it comes at a price, burdening those you love with the thought that 'your gone and not coming back' , passing on that pain to them; and knowing that just like you, they won't bounce back.
