I step out of the train in district 12. It feels so nice to be home. There's a huge crowd cheering me on. I wave to them trying to get to Haymitch and Rye, but something stops me. I meet eyes with Gale Hawthorne, River's dad. I change my direction over to him. Everyone stops to see what I'm doing. I go over to him. I give him a hug and he hugs me back.
"I'm so sorry." I whisper to him.
"It wasn't your fault. It's Henry's." He whispers back.
