Dinner

Cody's pov

I was with my best friend in the library finishing some school work, when he told me he had to go home.

I told him it was ok and that the library probably was almost closing anyways, but to be honest I was kinda sad, I wanted to spend more time with him

Noah'pov 

I had to go home, since my mom hated when me we were not there for dinner, but I didn't want to leave Cody, especially because I knew he would just be alone at home

Then I remembered my mom also told me I could bring someone to dinner if I wanted, so before Cody left I held his arm 

Noah: Cody do you want go have dinner at home with me? I'm sure you'll love my mom's cooking

I saw Cody's eyes shine awhile nodding his head in answer, I just smiled at him felling better  

(time skip)

I told Cody to enter my house as he looked around with a smile 

Cody's pov

Yes my house is big because I'm rich but it was all white and grey, pretty boring and cold, way different from Noah's house, it's beautiful and honestly much livelier 

Cody: Wow your house is gorgeous 

Noah: Thanks 

I saw his mom come in our direction with a smile in her face 

Cody: Hello Mrs.Sterecra 

Mrs.Sterecra: Well hello darling you're.. ?

 She asked, I was going to answer but Noah said it first

Noah: Mom this is Cody, he came to have dinner with us

I just smiled and agreed receiving a sweet smile from her 

Mrs.Sterecra: Nice to meet you Cody make yourself at home, I've heard a lot of lovely things about you fro Noah, I'm happy to have you here with us 

She said winking in a funny way to Noah jokingly mocking him

Noah: Mom!

Noah looked embarrassed while his mom laughed a bit, I just smiled thinking about what she said

Mrs.Sterecra: In 10 minutes the food is done, Noah why don't you show the house to Cody?

Noah nodded and pulled me by the arm 

while walking by the house one of Noah's cousins bumped into me

Cody: Omg I'm so sorry 

It was a little girl with brown hair similar to Noah's hair,I offered her my hand so she could to get up 

?: thank you, but who are you ?

Noah: none of your business Lily

so the little girl's name is lily good to know

Cody: relax Noah, it's fun to get to know your family

I looked at the little girl and knelt down to be at the same height as her 

Cody: I'm Cody nice to meet you lily you are a really pretty just like Noah 

As I finished the sentence I laughed at my own comment, a small laugh but enough to make the little girl smile

Lily: Thank you Cody, are you Noah's boyfriend? It's the fist time I hear someone call Noah pretty, with the exception of auntie, of course
