"Then I choose choice 1: to tell the king."

"Okay you have chosen so long!" The AI said disappearing again.

Once she had chosen she was on her way to present herself to the king, lei xung knew it would be a big process because the king wouldn't just believe her word, of course they would need evidence too, which would include a dangerous step, calling the king of the north (the snake realm) her father to the main palace, to cheek the truth.

Though it needed to be done in order for her to be one step ahead in completing her mission.

"Your highness that maid with the memory loss li luo I think her name is, she is requesting for your presence again."

The king sighed in annoyance although he was a pretty kind king and had patience, he was getting way too many visits from her lately, on top of that as a king he had so much work to do and was super tired.

"Send her in." He said looking at his scrolls, while he was doing that lei xung (li luo) entered the room and bowed all the way greeting him. "Greetings your majesty."

"Something you need?"

"To confess to you what I just found out.."

"And that is?"

"I am the daughter of the king of the snake realm and the north palace.."

"What?"

"I know it sounds all too crazy to be true but—you can prove that we are related."

"How do you know this? Didn't you lose your memory?"

"I was informed your majesty!" She said bowing.

"Send her back, announce my edict, the king of the north palace (snake realm) head my command and come forth to the main palace by tomorrow and we will sort this all out and find out the truth behind this case."

The eunuch nodded and set out to bring the edict to the north king otherwise known as the king of the snake realm to investigate this case further.

The next day.

The king sat on his throne in the main hall, before him stood his royal officers, and next to him stood his eunuch and royal guard.

The king told the eunuch, "send the north king in."

The eunuch nodded, "north king welcome you may enter."

Everyone bowed as the north king walked down the long path to greet his majesty of the main palace.

"Greeting your majesty." He bowed.

"You may rise."

"Send in my palace maid as well."

The north king looked confused wondering what his majesty had in mind.

Nevertheless in entered, lei xung staring at the man who was supposedly her father, "I'm gonna take you down." She whispered.

But he was so confused because he had never seen her in his life.

"So let's begin this..one of my maid  claims that the king of the north palace, is her father as to why she would make this bold statement I don't understand would you like to inform me on that, north king?"

The north king took a look at the maid, but in his mind he knew that his only child, his daughter had died years ago, along with the mother.

"I have no idea what she is talking about your majesty I've never seen this child in my life ever, I have no daughters or sons, i am not able to have any kids my life the queen as you know can't conceive children, when I am ready to have a child I will take in a concubine." He said bowing.

"we will see to it now if it is true that you are related to this child or not." The king told the leader of the north palace/ snake realm.

"Bring me a bowl of water and you two come up and offer me your blood, we shall mix it if the blood blends in well together you are related but if the blood stays separated you are not related." The king ordered.

First the king of the north palace step towards the bowl and cut his own finger with the knife placing more then a few drops of blood in the bowl of hot water.

Lei xung(li luo) walked towards the bowl of warm water and cut her fingers as well spilling a few drops of her blood which was slowly mixing into the water and to both of the kings surprise, mixing together and blending in with the north kings blood, which clearly means that the north king was indeed li Lou's father, which had every single court official officer gossiping about it.

"Why would the north king lie?"

"Does this mean he really does have a daughter."

"That would mean a princess was working as a maid for the king in the palace?"

"That wouldn't be suitable she needs an official title inside of the palace how can a princess work as a maid for the king?"

"This makes no sense, what is the north king thinking?"

"Is he a rebel?"

"So why would you lie?" His majesty asked the north king.

"I swear I had no idea about this..." the north king told his majesty of the main palace looking at lei xung (li luo) who had her head down the whole entire time.

"Since it is true, I must indeed reward your daughter, she has been working under me for so many years and has always been loyal to me but it isn't right that she continues to work as a maid in my palace instead, heed my edict she shall gain a official title as a princess inside of my palace, she should decide wether to continue living here inside of the palace or returning home with her father the north king." His majesty told the north leader staying calm as always.

Everyone gossiped, "his majesty is so kind to the north king even after he lied."

"His majesty is such a graceful person as always."

Lei xung quickly thanked his majesty. "Thank you your majesty your grace is immeasurable."

She bowed Down twice, "you may rise." He told her. "Take her highness back to rest at su-an palace where she will now be staying help her move her things to her place and I grant her two maids as well to take care of her, you can choose any maids."

"I am fine with just one your majesty I thank you for your gifts and rewards." She then bows again.

"Alright go on now." His majesty said.

Lei xung (li luo) left the main hall followed by an eunuch who would help her with her things, meanwhile lei xung told everything to fei shuang first, "so therefore I would like you to be the maid who works for me in my palace you're the only one I can trust and since you've helped me make it this far.."

"Say no more, I'm here for you." Fei shuang told her.

Madam pao had learnt about everything from her maid and nodded. "Thank you for telling me, she is now safer inside of the palace with this higher status, she can't easily be harmed now, let's see what other tricks the north king can pull." Madam said continuing to drink her tea and read her book.
