Lando Norris Shorts (Complete)

1. Preface

This series of short stories features many complex characters without explanation or introduction towards who they are. Here is a guide to each of the characters along with their backstories, to help you learn a little bit about them and be able to follow along with the short stories with minimal confusion. These characters are a mix between reality and fiction, so use this guide as you follow along with the story, (factual information will be signified*)

Character Introduction

Y/N (stands for "your name") - Main character in this series, and also seen from your perspective. You are from France originally, with the ability to speak both English and French fluently. Living with your glamorous mother, and attending an elusive private academy there from early childhood. Your life growing up was nice in the fast lane, but very under-the-radar. Nobody would have guessed that your father was a billionaire. Your mother resided in a large French villa (see photo above) with you, but you hadnt seen her that often either due to being raise by nannies your entire life. You grew up to become in the spotlight as a supermodel starting at the age of 16. Of course a heavy pocket of dirty money would tempt any agency; particularly those of the large fashion houses. You had recieved the beauty of your mother, and the class of your father. Between runway modeling, your weighty gifted investments (and the knowlege of an exponentially large inheritance coming your way) you were set up. Not as high as the status of your father quite yet, but things were looking alright. You met Lando while mingling in the VIP section of one of his races at 17. You knew that F1 existed, as many of your groups of people would host events and socials there. You grew particularly fond of it after seeing the skill, work, and money put into it. Not only the cars but to the drivers. The fact is that about everyone expected you to marry rich. Naturally, there were many happy bachelors in line for you but you had never felt a real attraction. Heck, you wanted to as well to keep the money in the family; possibly pooling your wealth. You met Lando, the perfect candidate, and something was different between you. Fast forwarding a year and a half later you were a happy couple experiencing life together.

Andrè Mauritzá - Your father. He was Italian, but travelled the globe frequently. He owned many properties in Monaco, Geneva, Miami, London, Nice, and of course the Italian Riviera. He was the head executor of a large Hedge Fund in Italy which he had passed on to you. He was also the CEO of a building material shipping company, (and just between you and me, he was of a high position in the Italian Mafia). Nobody told you outright, but you have picked up some clues over the few years. You almost never saw him as he was trotting the globe for work most of the time. Occasionally he would drop in for a spell to the family villa, and send you lavish gifts on your birthday and christmastime. One year he even bought you an elegant mare and stable; a beautiful thing she was too. As of now he had came home again, seemingly retired from his "buisness". Which was a good thing for you to hear, not only that you could spend time with him again but also that your name instilled on that trust.

Émeraude Mauritzá - Your mother. She never spent much time with you as a child. As you grew up, you saw what she was to your father. Merely a pet. She was very French, not able to speak a word of English and was coated in a thick toungue. Her family roots dug down hundreds of years, coming from a wealthy background herself before meeting André. She was a model as well, lining magazine covers and vintage looking commercials. And she was gorgeous. With fair, glowing skin and shiny hair that was never out of place. Unfortunately due to her reach on recent technological advances, she had overdone a few operations leaving her face rather deformed. You talked with her and your father on a day to day basis, but only using a civil tone. You could sense that they shared the excitement of what the crisp future would bring with Lando.

Lando Norris - Your Boyfriend. *The son of a billionaire, and has a younger sister Flo, and Cisca and older brother Oliver. He is primarily Dutch from his mother's side and English from his father's. He had taken up carting from an early age and fueled by his passion for the craft (and Adam's pocket) managed to climb the ranks to F1. He began to gain the eyes of the croud, and signed with the Mclaren racing team. Now, at only 22 years of age he remains the prosperous rookie. He had gotten many podiums before, even a solid second place to Ricciardo. Due to his likeability, almost everyone is rooting for him for his first P1 at the beginning of the 2022 season. Lando resides in Surrey England, (a suburb of London) in a large white brick house. He had bought a house in Monaco which he was in the process of moving to as I am writing this*. Before you would only stop by and maybe stay a night or two before going back to your luxury flat in London. Now you were finally ready to make the commitment and take the next step in your relationship. You were coming to live with him in Monaco.

Max Fewtrell- Lando's best friend, a fellow racing driver. He had accomplished a few victories in the lower F4 and 3 ranks, but mostly reserved his time towards coaching other drivers. Max is also a hardcore golf enthusiast, with dreams of someday playing professionally among the many golfing legends in which he looks up to. He was a roomate to Lando in his Surrey home, but mostly they would just keep to themselves quietly in seperate rooms.* Max didnt mind you staying over for a couple times, you could tell he had a large respect and regard for you. You respected him too, and allotted time for the two of them to hang out together. It was important to you that Lando hang out with his friends without any obstacles, and your unspoken agreement with Max worked nicely. Max would not be moving to Lando's new home in Monaco however, it would just be you and Lando alone for the first time.

Max Verstappen, Lewis Hamilton, George Russell- I do not think I need to go into immense detail here, because I am pretty sure if you are reading this right now you are pretty familiar with these characters. *For those who are new, Max, Lewis, and George are all rival drivers. Posing as main competition, their skillfuly built cars, and immense talent lead them to win almost all races and constructors championships. Verstappen drives for Red Bull, Hamilton drives for Mercedes, and Russel also drives for Mercedes. They are all nice, but incredibly competitive. You were the most friendly with Max, as you two would go to events together and talk through Kelly.

Kelly Piquet- She is the wife of Max V. and a good friend of yours at the circuits. She had a daughter, (although not with Max) that you got to meet from time to time. She was a fellow model and socialite, with quite a following built up on the Instagram platform. She was your best friend, because she was one of the only people in the world who could relate to you. Nobody else knows the stressors of being in a relationship with an F1 driver. Especially Kelly, poor thing, having to witness Max's aggressive and risky driving style. After Max's devastating crash last year resulting in him taking on 51g's, she had become more on edge. As for you, Lando was not as aggressive but more strategic. And you hoped it would stay that way.
