Sometimes the moon shines brighter than the sun

//Alexa's POV//

"Take a shower and wear this" Miguel's aunt said and handed me some clothes.

She escorted me to the bathroom and locked the door after she left.

I changed out of clothes and stepped into the shower. Once I was done I dried off my body with a towel and changed into a black long sleeve dress with a pencil skirt that went down to my mid thigh. I walked out and saw that she was waiting for me. "here" she said and handed me a pair of black pumps. She motioned me to sit down and she started drying my hair. She straightened it and started applying my makeup. She added foundation, mascara and liquid eyeliner. "you remind me so much of my daughter" she said and smiled,"she pasted away seven years ago" she finished and closed the suitcase. "I'll be back to pick you up," she said. "where are they taking me?" I asked. "Medellin Colombia" She said and walked off.

I sat on the bed and tried so hard not to cry. "I have to get out of here" I said and looked around. I found a window and ran towards it. I tried opening it but it wouldn't budge. "dammit!" I shouted and hit the window. I took a step back as I heard the door open. "we have a buyer so get yourself ready-my Alexa you look stunning" Miguel said and walled towards me. "get away from me" I said. "if we didn't have a buyer I would keep you all to myself" Miguel growled. "get away from me " I shouted and pushed him away from me. "I'll see you later" Miguel winked and walked off. I took a seat on the bed and looked out the window. The moon was especially bright tonight. "please Antonio, Voigt, find me" I whispered.

//Antonio's POV//

I sat on Alexa's bed looking out at the window, the moon was especially bright today. I had never realized how much she meant to me. She had become like a second daughter to me. "Give me a sign of where she is" I whispered.

//Alexa's POV//

I was startled by the sound of the door opening. "oh god no" I whispered and took a step back. "we have to go" she said and closed the door behind her. "No!" I shouted. "sh" she said and placed her hand on my mouth. "I'm going to help you escape" she said and I nodded.

Hi guys, thank you so much for for the views<3 on a random note, I had no idea Jon Seda was in the movie Selena until I re-watched it on Sunday and Tuesday because of the 20 year anniversary of Selena's death and I was like "ohmygod Jon Seda plays Chris!" He looked just as good👌👌👌
