Peace in the Bermuda Triangle

Grinning, the crew boarded the Chaos. Clovis immediately flew in and pressed them with questions. "What did I miss? What did I miss?" No one answered him. "Hello! Guys, I want to know what happened now!" "Oh, Clovis, a lot..." he replied, grinning again. "Really! Now tell me! I'm so curious!" Without answering his questions, Zak took Clovis in his arms. "Thank you for always being a loyal friend to me. Without your help, I certainly wouldn't have been ready and wouldn't have such a great crew." Clovis understood nothing and contorted his face. When Zak broke away from him and winked at him, Clovis didn't understand the look. "What went into him?" he whispered to Crogar. 

"Oh, I had almost forgotten that: I still owe thanks to someone else... Chaos? I wanted to thank you for accepting me as your captain and taking every risk with us, well actually, in me being responsible for almost every risk... and... that saved me back then." The Chaos gave off a hum. "I take that as a positive," Zak said with a laugh and shrugged his shoulders. Zak took the wheel. "Well, let's finally disappear from here." They left Skullivar's fortress behind, but Clovis still had no answers. "Now tell me! What happened? Come on!" 

Marituga

The Chaos passed through the portal to Beru and headed for Marituga. When they docked at the harbour, they were greeted by a horde of cheering people. In the crowd, Ria found Flint. They both put on a grin, and Zak approached him. 

Z: "Uhh, Flint?" 

F: "Yes?" 

Z: "Ria had told me everything... and first of all, I wanted to thank you for supporting us. It's nice to see that you've decided on a different side after all." 

F: "I saw what mistakes I had made." 

Z: "Well, apart from the fact that you almost killed me and that you helped Ria almost kill herself, I would like to offer you a ceasefire." 

Zak shook hands with Flint and they stuck. "Friends?" asked Flint cautiously. "Friends." 

Then the head of Marituga gave another speech. 

"Let's celebrate the heroes who freed us from Skullivar and especially thank Zak Storm for taking this risk. Come here, my boy." Ria pushed Zak forward, and hesitantly, Zak stood next to him. "Residents of Marituga: Zak Storm!" The crowd erupted in celebration. "This day is recognised as the 'Day of Liberation' of the Bermuda Triangle." 

Ria slammed her elbow into Zak's side. "Look now, two holidays have already been dedicated to you." Zak looked at her, questioningly. "Two?" "Yes, he explained the first one when you died. The 'Day of Heroes.'" Zak grinned crookedly. "Great... really great." Laughing, Ria pushed Zak into the water. Zak grabbed his sister by the arm. "Well, you wait! Now you've done it!"
