Chapter 9

Riley's P.o.v 

We finished shopping Sierra looked at her phone and looked like she was going to cry. As soon as we got home Sierra ran into the bathroom without even saying a word. I heard the water running. maybe she was taking a bath.

Sierra's p.o.v

I looked at my phone and got a text from Luke.

To: Me From: Luke

Hey Sierra I don't think this is going to work...I'm sorry and I hope we can still be friends :-)

I felt my heart shatter into a million pieces. I didn't say a word the entire car ride. When we got home I ran to the bathroom without saying a word. I ran the bath...This was it..I was going to kill myself.

I sat in the frigid bath and slashed my wrists. I let out a sigh of relief. I sat back and closed my eyes. I opened my eyes and grabbed the pill bottle from my purse. I took the whole bottle.. I smiled.

"I'm finally happy" I said drifting off into a forever sleep.

Riley's p.o.v

"Sierras been in there a while now..." I said looking at calum

"Maybe you should go check on her" Luke said

"Okay I will. I'll be right back." I said getting up off of Calum. I walked to the bathroom and knocked.

"Sierra? Are you okay?" I asked

No answer

"Sierra i'm coming in there whether you like it or not." I said firmly

No answer

I attempted to open the door. Locked. Fuck...

"Calum she won't open the door." I called

"Coming" he called back. He walked over and tried to open the door.

"Hold on" He said going to the kitchen and getting a knife. He got the door open. And I was not prepared for the sight in front of me

"SIERRA NO!" I yelled running to her cold body.

"CALL 911 NOW" I screamed at Calum.

"Oh Sierra it didn't have to end like this," I said starting to cry "You were my best friend." I said holding her close to me. I started bawling. By that time everyone was in the bathroom. The paramedics got there and Calum pulled me away from Sierra and he held me on the floor.

"Why did she have to leave me? She was my best friend." I cried into his shoulder

"i know babe. I know it hurts. let it out." he soothed
