I got to the Brooks house and as I stepped up to knock on the door my stomach filled with butterflies and I actually felt like telling him I was sick and couldn't go. But I built up some courage to knock and in about 15 seconds there was Gina. "Hi!" She said. "You're Luke's friend, Bianca is it?" She continued. "Hey yeah I am, is he here?" I said happily. She invited me in and told me that Luke would only be a minute.

Basically a minute later, Luke came out heading to sit next to me.

"Hey." He said as he was sitting down.

"Hey." I smiled back at him.

"We just have to wait for Beau to drive us." Again I got so nervous, I have really got to get used to this. "So where exactly are we going?" I asked.

"You'll see, it's not that exciting." He laughed. We sat there got around 5 minutes before we could finally leave. Beau was sitting in the front, driving, and Luke and I were sitting in the back because he was going to drop us off then go somewhere with Skip.

"I'll pick you's up when I go home so like 4?" Beau said.

"Yeah text me." Luke replied getting out of the car with me trailing behind.

We walked out of the car and onto a footpath that ran along a beach. Across from the beach was a long line of different shops like ice cream shops, fish and chip shops, clothing stores and accessories etc. As we walked alongside, we talked and talked about random stuff.

"So." Luke said once it got quiet.

"Soo.." I repeated trailing off.

"Tell me more." He said.

"About what?"

"Anything."

"Tell me why you're in Melbourne, tell me about your family. I don't know, what's your favourite colour, animal, sports? Whatever." He continued.

"Wow, uh I'm in Melbourne because of sport." I said bluntly.

"Keep going."

"Well, okay, I have 3 sisters, 1 is younger than me and the other 2 are older, both my mum and dad and yeah.. I guess my favourite colour is blue."

"Same, and red. He interrupted.

"Ooh one thing in common." I joked. And he laughed.

"I love giraffes to be honest, is that weird? most people say dogs or something but."

"You're not most people." He winked. "Exactly." I winked back.

"I'm more of a dog kind of person." Luke said.

"I have 2 cats and my dog died when I was 10 and I never got a new one, her name was Zoe." I said.

"I've had my dog for about 3 or 4 years, her name is Lala." He said, but once again I already knew that.

"Cute." I said smiling.

"So yeah, Im in Melbourne because I play netball right,"

"Right." Luke interrupted, once again. I couldn't help but smile, he was so cute.

"And my mums looking at this academy thing, it's like a school that specialises in netball and we're just seeing where we could go if I got accepted." I continued.

"That's really cool, I don't go to school." Luke told me. "Did you drop out?" I knew he did. "Yeah not that long ago I guess." He replied.

It got kind if awkward so I asked if he wanted to get something to eat.
