The Mistake

MORGAN'S POINT OF VIEW

It was a sunny Sunday morning and I was on my way to Sadie's house to get ready for church. Sadie had already gotten her teal and white striped dress and black flats on and was starting to curl her long silky brown hair.

"I see you didn't wait for me again." I said sarcastically

"When do I ever? You always take to long to get here. Oh here curl the back, I can't see it." Sadie replied.

"So demanding. Did you get your math homework done?" I said

"Not yet, after church we should finish it to get it done."

"Alright, let's get going to church now." I finally said

Sadie only had her permit so she couldn't drive yet so I drove us every where. Including the mall every other day if not everyday. When we arrived at church Sadie's mom hugged us both as usual. Stacy, Sadie's mom, got there early because Ben, Sadie's dad, was the pastor so they had to go early. Then there is Sadie's younger sister Abby, who is 11. Then her older sister, Sam, who's 19.

Now that we have who is who we can go back to Sadie and I. Church was over now, so we were on our way to Sadie's to do our homework. We were in pre calc. I hate that class. But that's fine. We were back at school now.

"Here comes Hannah..." Sadie said

"Oh boy...just pretend you like her, she puts on the best parties!" I said.

"Hey Sadie! Hey Morgan!" Hannah said when she reached our lockers.

"Hey Hannah" we both said in unison.

"I'm having a party in two weeks on Friday, wanna come?" Hannah asked

We looked at each other then said, "sure!"

Then Hannah left. We left to go to our classes and that was that. I'm soooo excited to go to Hannah's party!

As soon as Hannah left I felt Jason come up behind me and put his arms around my waist. We have been together for three years now. I will never forget the day that I saw him at one of Katherine's parties, Hannah's twin sister. He has the perfect shaggy blonde hair, bright ocean blue eyes and the perfect smile. I am so lucky to have met him. And to think I wasn't going to go to that party. Thank god I did.

SADIE'S POINT OF VIEW

I can't believe Morgan's bringing me to one of Hannah's parties! I already know what I'm going to wear. I wish I had the kind of relationship Morgan and Jason have.. They have been together for three years! THREE years! I don't have a boyfriend. I am positive Morgan's going to bring Jason to Hannah's party. The school day is pretty much over, well it will be in 20 minutes. Thank god. Then Morgan and I go t her house and plan what to wear, what to do with out hair, and the girl things for going to Hannah's party.

We were home from school now and we were talking about the party. Morgan already said she was bringing Jason. Of course... I think he's cute yeah but I wouldn't date him, he's not my type. I would certainly never have sex with him, unless I was drunk. But I never will be drunk for a long time so that doesn't matter. We were in Morgan's room now. Her walls were painted bright pink with like green and purple polka dots. She was babbling on about Jason but I obviously wasn't listening, I never do. When I finally stated listening to bits and pieces I heard this,

"Katherine.....kissing Jason.....Friday"

That's all I heard from Morgan, then I started really listening.

"What did you just say?" I asked

"I saw Katherine kissing Jason in the janitors closet on Friday!"
