A blue silvery cat sat on highstone her tail twitching, a white she cat with gray splotches padded up to her and sat next to her "Rainstar a message from a windclan warrior has been received" the white she cat said "what did they say" Rainstar asked "they said that they want a battle for sunning rocks in a moon so we must prepare " the she cat said "thank you Cloudfur" Rainstar said to her "you are a very good medicine cat" she said to Cloudfur " thank you" she said as she padded away. The Thunderclan lease got a shiver as a shooting star flew from the sky, when the shivering stopped she sat down, "a warrior with a pelt made of ice will save the clan" she said. "What does that mean?..." She whispered.
The next day Cloudfur ran up to Rainstar " Sandfur just had her kits!" She said as they ran to the medicine den, a flame colored tom was standing next to his mate, who has three kits, an orange tom with Amber eyes, a sandy colored she cat with green emerald eyes, and a small white tom with blue eyes "Flamefur, what should we name them?" Sandfur said "it's your choice" he said "ill name the orange one Blazekit, the sandy one sandkit, and the white one, Icekit" Sandfur said. Rainstar was very concentrated on Icekit "congrats on your kits Sandfur" Rainstar said "Cloudfur will you come with me?" She said to Cloudfur as she walked with her "yes Rainstar?" She said " I had a prophecy last night and it said that "a warrior with a pelt of ice will save the clan" she said "a pelt of ice?" She repeated. "I'm pretty sure the price I meant Icekit, but all we have as an option is to wait and see" she said " in the mean time, we must prepare for the battle" Rainstar said.
A moon later the night before the battle. "Thunderclan will attack at dawn" Rainstar announced to the clan.
Icekit ran over to Flamefur " are you going to be in the attack?" He asked his father "yes, so while I'm gone I need you to listen to your mother okay?" He said ad Icekit nodded. After the group left Icekit went back to the nursery to his mom and dat next to her. Him and his siblings where playing warrior on the nursery as they heard a rustling sound in the bushes "kits come back here!" Sandfur said to her kits as a Badger bursts throughy the bramble. Sandfur jumped in front of her kits and fought with the badger, the badger took its giant paw and swung at their mother and slammed her against the wall "mom!" The kits screamed "Sandkit go hide! Me and Blazekit can handle him!" The two toms said as Sandkit ran and hid next to their mom. The two toms were fighting the badger, Dodging its massive paws, clawing at its eyes they defeated the badger and ran over to their mom "mom did you see that!?" They said happily "mom?" Icekit said sadly as he laid on the ground and covered his face with his paws. Their mother was dead.
