I felt the cool sensation of adrenalin surge through me as I grasped the idea of releasing a sound to be heard by many. A slow grin widened across my face as I closed my eyes and belted out the first note. A lullaby rang through the roof top as I sang a song sung by my mother as a child.
'Look at the way the moon behaves'
I pictured the moon dancing across the sky in it's own manner
'Look at the way she paints a silver ribbon on the waves'
Again, I created the image of the moon in my mind. This time it was using the sea's tides as a canvas and a silver ribbon wrapped around the rolling ocean.
'Something I've learned that I'll share with you'
I held the last note, obtaining and releasing the feelings within into the open air.
'Nothing is too wonderful to be true'
A lazy smile reached my lips as I contemplated the line I just sang. It was right in so many ways. Nothing on earth is ever too amazing to be just. If something is ever so spectacular that you just can't believe it to be real, then you must never doubt it and take it into your own hands to make it reality. Or maybe it is so astounding, it seems as though it could be an illusion, but you mustn't fear, for it is not a dream that you will be woken from.
