Just Friends

Bad Buddy Set:

Nanon and Ohm just completed their last shot for the day. It was the long pending break up scene they had to shoot. Once the shot was completed, both of them moved to their dressing room to change their costume and leave for the day.

In the dressing room:

Ohm's POV:

Nanon hasn't spoken a single word since we completed the last shot. He completely ignored me and walked past me to the dressing room. I am really concerned for him because of my previous working experience. I knew how difficult it was for him to get away from the character he is playing and become himself. I followed him to the dressing room as I did not want him to be left alone. When I entered the dressing room, I found him sitting with his back facing the entrance. I closed the door to get some privacy before moving towards him.

Ohm: Non

There was no answer but I could hear the sound of his labored breath and saw the slight tremor that passed through his body as I called his name.

Ohm: Non, please look at me. Lets just talk. Whatever you are going through, just let it out. You will feel better.

He still maintained the silence and did not bother to turn around.

Ohm: Non, please talk to me. I am really scared right now. Just tell me what is going in your mind.

Silence.

Ohm: Non, if you still consider me as your friend and love me, just look at me.

He still remained silent and did not utter a single word. I felt like my heart squeezed by someone so hard that I cannot breath. I decided to leave the room before I breakdown completely.

Ohm: Non, I understand you don't want to talk to me or see me, So I am leaving. If you need me just give me a call and I will be near you in a blink.

Ohm turned around to leave the room when he was stopped in track by a sob coming from inside the room followed by Nanon calling his name in the most heartbreaking voice that he had ever heard.

Nanon: Ohm.....

As he turned around, Ohm saw the most heart wrenching scene of his life. His Nanon was looking at him with tears streaming down his face. Ohm ran towards Nanon and hugged him tight. Nanon could no longer hold back and was crying his heart out.

Ohm: Shh, ssh  Non. I am here for you. Please stop crying dear. I know you are feeling Pran's pain but you need to let it go. You will not be able to live, if you hold on to it.

Nanon: Ohm....Ohm.... I ..... I am unable to get over the pain. I keep thinking what if it is you that I have to let go. What if I can no longer be around you because everyone around us do not approve of us. I can't think of a day when you are no longer near me.

Ohm: Non, please stop crying. It's just Pran and Pat that has to leave each other, not Nanon and Ohm. It's just fiction dear. We are still together, aren't we? Just look at us Non.

Nanon: But aren't we Pran and Pat? The only difference being that no one is against us being friends. But what if you no longer want me someday? What if someday I are no longer part of your life? What if someone becomes more important in your life and you no longer want me in your life?

Ohm: Non, just stop thinking so much. Why do you think you are only one who need someone in your life? Why do you think I can live without you? Do you think I do anything and everything to get a single smile on your face just to let you go some day? Do you think I go about saying I love you to everyone around me?
