"Tom Holland is the hottest!" Liz spoke defensively. "Yeah but Toby is an OG" Lj responded pulling her friend into the doorway of the class."OG dose not necessarily mean better" Liz pointed her finger sternly. Lj nodded half way agreeing so that Liz would stop talking.

Both girls stood near the wall waiting for instructions. A line had began forming around the wide classroom.
"Ok class, so you know how my class works. We can have as much fun as we want, you can talk as much you want after I tell you what your doing, AS LONG as you complete the task." The teacher stated as he crossed his arms.
Lj and Liz looked at each other like they were about to burst out in laughter."He's trying a little to hard to be a 'cool' teacher" Liz whispered while making quotations in the air.
Lj nodded while smiling. "We will also have a seating plan and the person your next to will be the person you do all the projects with for the rest of the year."
Groans came out the students left and right. Liz didn't mind who she got as long as it was near Lj.
"Ok so at the front we have, Emily and Jackson." The girls eyes trailed around the class as people sat down.
"Behind them will be Taylor and Jenifer. On the last row will be our new student Kenny and Elizabeth."
"It's Liz" she mumbled. Lj looked at Liz with pleading eyes. Liz gave the girl a soft smile hinting to her it would be ok.
Lj nodded as Liz walked slowly and painfully. To the back of the class. She slid in the tall desk all most falling off. She awkwardly smiled to herself.
Kenny sat down and stared at the already flushed girl. He hadn't really known her for long but he knew she was one of the nicest people in the school. Which wasn't hard considering the bullshit he's been through.
"Do you play Dungeon lord legacies?" Liz questioned as she looked at his shirt.

"Uh yeah" he stated.He was going to ask if she played but was interrupted."Ok class at the front of the class, we have a set of balloons, empty bottles , Sugar and yeast."
"What are we doing having a birthday party?" Liz mumbled. Kenny chuckled immediately.
"You will have to blow up the balloon successfully with only these four items." Seems easy enough. Liz pulled out a book not paying attention to the rest of what the teacher had to say.

Humming to herself she quickly stands up walking to get a tray. "How you holding up?" Liz smiled hopefully to her friend.
"I'm just about holding, as long as I can do thins I'm free for a whole week." Lj spoke in relief. Liz responded with a nod. "How's it going with Kenny?" Lj questioned
"It's going good." Liz smiled. Lj bumped her shoulder and grinned. Liz rolled her eyes at her ima mention short friend.
She walked back to her desk Laying the tray down. Kenny looked at the directions Liz hovering her head over his side as well.
"Ok so add a little bit of water." Kenny said looking at Liz, she nodded and poured half a tablespoon in.
Ok now yeast, She continued. We added it in and waited, the balloon wouldn't budge.
"What did you do?" Liz mumbled. "I didn't do anything!" He retorted. They both stood quietly."I think it's broken." Liz said touching it."How can a balloon be broken?" Kenny asked with knitted eyebrows.
"I don't know I'm a B student not Einstein." She snarled.He scoffed and smiled. "What's so funny?"Liz asked squinting her eyes. He started laughing pointing at none other than Anthony smothered in water and yeast.
The both of them went into a fit of laughing. They both quickly stopped when the saw Lj getting in trouble.
"Ok but actually what are we going to do?" Liz asked looking at their deflated balloon.
"Accept defeat?" He spoke unconfidently. Liz folded her arms looking at the clock. "I guess that's the only rational option" Liz planted in her seat admitting defeat.

The bell finally rang and Liz parted her way out the narrow doorframe waving to Kenny. It only came to her mind that she forgot to ask for Kenny's number while in third period.
She decided she'd get it from Lj hoping she and him exchanged numbers.
