"Right back to your jaw, that's right Y/N..." Moments later your arm gave out, letting the bow string fly and let loose a rogue arrow. It rebounds off the metal wall, ricocheting back at you. Clint shouts as you duck, hitting the ground with more force than intended. You bite your lip and blink back the tears as pain rockets through your nose with every breath. Clint panics, picking you up and carrying you to the infirmary. Bruce passes by and follows, seeing your were injured. Everyone thought of you as their little sister, except Clint. Clint placed you down gently on a bed, as if you were dying. "What's wrong with Y/N Clint?!" He grabbed his hair, tugging in a panic. "She broke her nose when she dodged a rogue arrow!" Bruce rolled his eyes, grabbing a wet cloth and cleaning up the blood before placing an ice pack against your nose. You watched with a cheeky smile as Clint cursed at himself for letting you get hurt. "Clint, I'm fine." He ignored you, continuing to argue with himself. Bruce eyed you, before leaving the room. You got up, leaving the ice pack on the bed as you did. Clint noticed this and scolded you, sitting you back down. "Clint I broke my nose, I didn't get hurt fatally." "But you could've died!" "But I didn't!" He growled and turned away, chucking his bow at the wall. He loves his bow, he'd never try to break it! "Clint stop!" He continued to smash it against the wall. "I can't keep something that could've killed you Y/N, I love you too much to lose you." Your jaw dropped, and you were frozen in place. "You what?" "I love you Y/N." Tears drip down your cheeks as you get up, wrapping your arms around his waist. He hugs back without a heartbeat of hesitation, kissing your hair gently. "I'm sorry I made you practice with me and almost killed you." You laughed through your tears, looking up at Clint. He leaned down to kiss your nose, then cheeks, finishing with your lips. Unbeknownst to you, the others were gathered outside, and had watched the entire exchange. They were shoved away by Bruce, who followed after them.
