Before the story start, let us start with the kidnappers first. These two men are brothers who been through a lot when they were little. They got abuse by their own love ones. When these two brothers were little they couldn't trust anyone. Not even their own family member only they can trust each other and they thought they could trust their mother. Then their mother married a "butt hole". So the stepfather abused them left and right. One day the boys were sleeping. They can hear someone come into their room and laying right next to them. Then the stepfather was touching them inappropriate, but the boys didn't say anything to their mother, because they thought that it a just a bad dream that they had. Once again it happen again and again. So the boys had enough; Before that happen they did read some of their stepfather's journal about everything about killing and sexual assault, and they took some notes about it. So their first taste of the killing was planning on killing their stepfather. One night they got a kitchen knife a stab their stepfather until he bleed out. So, their next killing was a young girl. they when they saw Taylor and her father, they had a plan to take Taylor away from her "abusing father" who wasn't abusive at all.
