I've actually had experience performing. I'm a pop singer and I have some original music videos on YouTube.
"I guess you won't be nervous then," Ryan told me.
"No, I'm still nervous," I replied giggling.
When I walked into the room, Jennifer was already asking me questions.
"Is your name actually Lovey?" Jen asked.
"No, it's a stage name."
"How did you get the name Lovey?"
"One of the guys I was working with was telling me I need a stage name because my real name, Kiersten, is too hard to say and spell, so that's how Lovey came about," I told her.
The entire time I was telling my story, Keith and Harry were talking and laughing behind Jennifer. When I finished, they asked me another question.
"So what's your real name?"
Jennifer looked at them.
"She just told us. If you two were listening, then you would know," Jen scolded them.
"What are you going to sing, baby," asked Jennifer.
"I'm going to be singing Break Free by Ariana Grande."
The judges critiqued me.
"I understand why they call you Lovey. Your voice really fits your name."
I got the golden ticket, and I was off to Hollywood Week.
