the late 1970s. a time of the criminal surge and the common cloud of smoke from joints, cars and cigarettes. quinn "quincy" morris, is a promising criminal psychology student that befriends holden ford, an ambitious FBI agent. she becomes a close friend, and she secretly falls in love with the intuitive agent but has to keep everything at bay. but after holden offers her to join the bsu on a co-op program, she can't help but find it grow more difficult to hide that something from an fbi agent.
